Got to experience the gorgeous views of Flathead lake, the wild deer in the yard, privacy and no neighbors, a game of pool, and enjoy the sun in the morning on the deck. This place was a wonderful experience!

We had a only 2 nights here but it was fabulous. The house was immaculate, everything was of the highest quality, it was beautifully furnished and comfortable. It is set back from the lake so if you don't want to drive down expect a 45 mins walk. For us that was fine and it means you only share the house with the deer and birds as it is surrounded by trees. A wonderful place and if we lived in USA we'd be back.

A very nice perch up in the forest outside of Lakeside MT (Flathead Lake). Front porch is a great place to unwind after Glacier, also great for a few beverages. I have a couple minor complaints but nothing worth listing here. Good spot and good value for the $.

The house wasn’t very clean. We had to wipe down kitchen counter tops. The floor under the table was very dirty. Trash was left by previous renter and we had to take it away. Pics on the website might be old, the house needs some TLC. The fireplace didn’t work and no one returned our call about that. Probably wouldn’t rent this one again.

This is home is beautiful and could be 5 star with some tweaking. It is very spacious and decorated well. During our stay the home was not clean enough. It needed to be swept and needed a good cleaning. The kitchen cabinets need to be wiped,the dining table was sticky and had some crumbs on it and the fridge needed to be wiped down. I don't believe it was cleaned to new Covid standards so we wiped everything down. We like to cook so we were disappointed to find old,outdated and damaged cookware. The "nonstick Teflon " pans are so scratched that every single thing we cooked in it sticked. If they fix those two things you have a 5 star home. The home sits on a hill and has plenty of deer and wild turkeys that visit. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Beautiful, clean home with all the comfort to wind down after a day at Flathead lake or hiking in Glacier NP. The steam sauna shower was AMAZING to relax in, we liked to run the shower with cold water while the steam is going. It reminded me of being shockingly refreshed going from jacuzzi to pool. The water pressure from the shower head was great too. We had enough towels, shampoo etc for our family.
The deck with the wrap around was great to drink our coffee on, the pool table provided ‘screen-free’ entertainment for the whole family. We had a great time, much mahalos.

The house was very clean, very quiet, nicely appointed, well equipped with everything you could possibly need and the perfect place to spend a much needed week away. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.
This is close enough to GNP that we went nearly every day. The drive is beautiful.
We would highly recommend this home to anyone who wants to be near GNP but not in the park.

This house sells itself short by being listed as a 1 bedroom house. That probably drops it off of many searches. In reality, there is one bedroom with a queen bed, a "TV" room with a pull out bed and a huge loft with a king sized bed. The house is newish and I was fascinated by the construction of the place which is almost completely out of logs. It is equipped with just about anything you could need and we were very impressed by the cleanliness and the little touches that a company like Vacasa brings to a rental like this. The bottom line is that we feel we got a really good deal for our money.

It was everything we could have wanted except the outside stairs are very steep and one of the steps is not secure. This made it difficult for our grandmother to get in and out of the cabin. With more accessible entrance, this would be an easy 5 star review. The view is amazing and the unit was very clean.

Loved our weekend at this home. It was for my husbands 55th birthday. Ryan the property manager drove an hour away to come and help us with the fireplace. Incredible customer service with Vacasa. He was the best. The steam shower and the soaking tub were the highlight. We were greeted by deer and sent off by deer. You do have a small view of the lake if you really look through the trees, otherwise you are in a pretty wooded property.
A couple of things to note. The stairs are log and could be an issue for young kids or elderly to go up and down, not sure if its that they are steeper or just shorter in width. There is no T.V. in the big living room area or the downstairs game room. Its in what looks like to be what could be a small bedroom with no closet. It a great size t.v. but seating is a love seat and a chair. So if this is important to you it it may be an issue. It was just the two of us so not a big deal but it would have been nice to have the t.v. by the fireplace or in the game room instead. Others have noted that there are no window coverings and that is true. It not really an issue during the day but at night of course people could see in if you had the lights on. We slept up in the loft in the king size bed , but it might have bothered me if I slept on the main floor where someone could walk up and look in. You do have privacy but you can see your neighbor. Its a beautiful home and when we are back in he area we will come back. Thanks for a nice weekend.

The location was perfect for us. Main reasons for our favorable assessment are:
- nestled in the woods with daily sightings of deer
- close enough to Lakeside and Bigfork for resturants
- easy drive to Flathead lake
- less than 1 hour drive to West Glacier

Very spacious home. Clean and cozy. We've stayed in a lot of cabins, this is the first one with the floor to ceiling windows crystal clear and clean! I appreciate things like that. 45-50 minutes to Glacier. It didn't seem like that though, easy drive. Whitefish also a short drive. Hometown grocery store a couple minutes away. Wrap around deck and gas grill, huge tv and game room ..this place has lots of fun stuff for the evening after a day hiking or exloring. You can get a glimpse of Flathead Lake from the deck...it's that close. The no shoes policy is not an issue at all. This feels like a home, not a pristine showplace. The main entrance has a long rug and bench to sit and kick off your shoes. Our family is used to no shoes in the house. Plus, a garage and laundry room...I can't say enough about this home. We really enjoyed it.

Clean and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Just the right amount of distance from town. Surrounded by trees... the only thing I would of liked to have would be sheers on the bathroom windows, even with the seclusion it would be a nice option. We would stay again.

We had a good time in Lakeview and the surrounding areas. The house was nice except for two things. 1. The heat and air did not work right and 2. The no shoe policy was a surprise. I am pretty sure that this policy was the home owners but we wish we knew that prior to renting. Don't get me wrong, Vacsa was great and took care of us in a timely fashion and had great communications with us.
