Ski-In/ski-out Killington Resort condo with tennis, pool & hot tub

Walk to the slopes' ski access, end of the day hot cocoa in front of the crackling fireplace - it's all at this two-bedroom Killington condo. Spend quality time with your group of up to six with stunning views of Killington Mountain.

Belonging to the Sunrise Mountain Village, Killington's finest slope-side community, this condo includes access to several community amenities, including a shared hot tub and tennis courts. With a great ski-in/ski-out location, this condo is also only one mile to Killington Mountain Resort's Bear Mountain base lodge, just over three miles to the Skyship base lodge, and six miles to the K1, Snowshed, and Ramshead base lodges. For even more mountain fun, head 11 miles northwest to Pico Mountain.

A cozy space with all the home essentials to keep you comfortable, this condo is the perfect retreat at the end of a thrilling day on the nearby slopes. Place your ski boots by the door and settle in beside a warm fire in the living area.

Unwind with a favorite cable series or DVD on the room's 39-inch television (one of three TVs in this condo). Other entertainment options include a stereo and WiFi. Pull back the curtains leading onto the outdoor deck and, if you're lucky enough to visit during the fall, witness the vibrant yellow, orange, and red hues painted across the valley.

Cook a fresh bowl of chili or any other hearty meal in the full kitchen, which offers all the cooking equipment to get the job done efficiently. Lay out pre-meal snacks on the kitchen's countertops to hold your group over, then move to the four-seat dining table when the main course is served.

When the weather calls for it, enjoy al fresco dining on the outdoor deck. After breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the dishwasher will take care of cleanup.

Modestly furnished with items like reading lamps, nightstands, dressers, and even skylights and a 32-inch TV in the primary, the bedrooms are quiet and peaceful places in which to get plenty of rejuvenating sleep. There are also two bathrooms.

Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer for freshening up your ski wardrobe, and a spacious basement with a TV alongside comfy couch, armchair seating, and an extra twin trundle bed.

In the morning, kickstart another day of adventures with a fresh-brewed cup of coffee from the coffeemaker. During the winter, you could easily ski out on the Sunrise Sundog ski trail, then head to Killington Road (five miles north) for apres-ski dinner and drinks in the heart of town. In other seasons, you could go fishing or canoeing at Kent Pond (nine miles northwest), Chittenden Reservoir (22 miles northwest), or Lefferts Pond (22 miles northwest), or take a hike in the surrounding Green Mountains. Just 20 miles west, Rutland is known for its museums, dining options, and entertainment venues, so visit its quaint downtown on a fun day trip.

Enjoy access to Falls Brook Commons, a private sports center facility at Sunrise Mountain Village. After an exciting day of hiking or skiing, relax and enjoy the indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, or steam room. The outdoor hot tub is available for use all year round. The Sports Center is closed for maintenance until Memorial Day weekend, 2023. There are also three outdoor tennis courts, plus a firepit (by reservation only). All outdoor amenities are available.

Solid place to stay very close to the sunrise slopes (true ski in/ski out!). This home was cute, and very clean. Overall a very comfortable place for a ski week.

Although the Sunrise triple was closed due to conditions, it was still easy to drive 1/2 mile to base of Bear Mtn parking lot. Condo was exactly as described. The separate sleeping area was convenient for our group in addition to the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs

Was very comfortable place with plenty of room and necessities

This property is very much as advertised. The photos and video tour provide a very accurate description of the unit. The location is great, with easy ski-in/out access. The unit itself was extremely clean and well-maintained. The kitchen is well-provisioned so cooking at home was a breeze. That said, there are plenty of restaurants about within a 10-15 minute drive. Our family of five (including teenagers) had plenty of space to spread out when needed (the additional family room in the basement is a nice touch). We'll certainly book again if we return to Killington next year.

We had a great stay here! The ski on/ski off was perfect and not more than 100 feet away. The place itself was extremely clean. The kitchen had all of the essentials to make all of your meals. The fireplace was great to come back and relax to after a full day of skiing, you don’t even have to bring your own fire wood as they have a cabin right outside with plenty of fire wood that you can help yourself to. We got there on a Friday and didn’t have to use our car until Monday when we left, it was the perfect place for a ski trip!

We love staying at Sunrise, super convenient way to spend a ski trip, walk to the slopes and full supply of firewood. The unit was just as described, clean and comfortable. The cleaning crew was extremely busy the day we arrived and we were about an hour delayed in checking in. Vacasa informed us of the delay and refunded our cleaning fee. We’d definitely book this unit again!

We were very pleased with our stay. The location was AMAZING. Only a few steps to the trail and at the bottom was the Sunrise Cafe and (more importantly) a lift to the top that connects to trails to Bear Mountain. The home was EXTREMELY clean and in good shape. The pictures do not do it justice. Towels were plentiful and mini toiletries and basic supplies were a nice touch. The ONLY downsides were they did not have smart TVs and the master bed was a memory foam mattress. I *absolutely* loved the mattress, but my husband was not a huge fan. Neither of those would stop us from staying again. Southern Vermont did have a major power outage while we were there and Vacasa was ready and able to help us relocate (if need be) and we were able to contact the Village manager. Luckily it lasted only a few hours. I hate to leave such a good review because I like to keep a good secret so we can keep coming back.

There is no snowmaking in the surrounding trails so this unit is often NOT ski on/off. If lift is closed, you must get a parking reservation and drive to a parking lot. The unit itself has a very small master without and view (basically a basement window). The larger room is setup with twin beds and a view.
Manager response:
Thank you for sharing your feedback, Christopher. We are sorry to hear you were disappointed with your stay. This home is Ski in/Ski off and the trail is no more than a 2-minute walk from the front door. Unfortunately, not every trail is open because of the lack of snow and they are making snow to the best of their ability. We encourage guests to look on the Sunrise Village site for more information on what trails are open as they daily update this information. The master bedroom has two normal windows side by side and nice skylight windows, as seen in our listing. We hope you will give us another opportunity to host you for a better experience!

Beautiful place for big family

We love the ski on ski off location. Had a wonderful long ski weekend. Place was well stocked and clean. Would definitely return in the future.
Thomas M. Jan 2020
Clean, comfortable, convenient ( if Sunrise chair is running) well stocked kitchenware.
Suzanna S. Jan 2019
My group and I really enjoyed this condo at sunrise village. The ski on ski off feature was AMAZING. Being able to walk out your door, walk less than a minute and be on your skis is really just the best. The condo itself was cozy, had a fireplace, well equipped kitchen, and 2 full bathrooms. The only thing I didn’t realize when booking is that the hot tub is a bit further than I expected from the condo itself. It was EXTREMELY cold the weekend my group was there (single digits with the “feels like” negative digits), so we had to drive to the hot tub (unbearable to walk, especially on the way back with wet hair). But otherwise, all was as expected and wonderful.

Very Pleased with this condo. Would stay here again!
Christine S. Mar 2017
We absolutely loved our stay. Ski in ski out was very convenient. So convenient that it was no hassle at all to ski back to the condo for lunch and avoid the busy base lodge. Mountain was fantastic. Plenty of terrain for all levels. Very well groomed. The unit was fantastic and spacious and had everything that we needed. Plenty of great places to eat at night not far from the condo. Lots of great ski shopping as well. We would definitely go back.

We loved staying at TL-L5! Excellent layout for our family with kids! Kids loved the lower level as their hangout.

Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, well stocked kitchen made for a great experience.

Existing coffee maker was functional but would have greatly appreciated a Keurig coffee maker instead.

Would definitely rent this unit again!
