This sweet two-bedroom cottage makes for the perfect Shaver Lake getaway, no matter the season! Step inside and your eye is immediately drawn down the length of the living space to the cozy seating area. But let’s back up – if the weather is nice, start your day with a cup of coffee on the deck just beyond the living room, with a lovely view of the trees. If not, there’s a roomy dining area for six just adjacent to the kitchen. The chef will be be able to take advantage of a full suite of appliances, plenty of counter space, and all the gadgets they need to whip up a feast. After breakfast, toss those dishes in the dishwasher and head out to explore. In the summer, Shaver Lake lies just to the north, and there are abundant hiking and mountain biking opportunities as well. In the winter, you’re near skiing and snowmobiling opportunities.

When it’s time to head home, get cozy once again and spend some family time enjoying your condo. You’ve got a flatscreen TV with streaming capabilities and free cable, a DVD player and library, Blu-Ray player, and free WiFi to keep you busy. No parking on the street during winter months due to snow removal. No recreational vehicles or camping allowed in yards and driveways. Boat & Trailer Parking: Boats, trailers, etc., need to be parked on Shaver Forest Road adjacent to the subdivision entrance. We recommend all guests to utilize Sierra Marina for a wet slip and/or trailer parking.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
