Home was clean and ready for our short stay! Absolutely amazing

This condo was put to together so well. The key hooks by door, the heavy black out curtains in case you want to sleep in, the heavy sliders to keep the noise out from traffic or?, the ceiling fans were great, Furniture was comfortable, air mattress was in closet for my toddler grandson with tons of pillows-blankets-towels, was so blessed to see the storage on patio (3patios btw) off the master with all beach supplies from umbrellas -chairs -snorkel gear- toys - blow up floaties noodles and Wagon! The bathrooms were great with the jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. Everything was so well stocked and labeled loved it. We were grateful to be on the ground floor with the grandkids the upper unit can be very loud with walking and furniture moving sounds. But didn’t bother us too much. There was even an outside spigot to wash off sand. It was a bit further from beach then we are used to just have to find the path and enjoy the walk. Our family of six lived this unit.

Location of the property was superb with easy access to many of Kauais best features. Be prepared to drive a bit as the beach is really the only attraction within reasonable walking distance. The property provided beach chairs, umbrella, and towels. Everything at the property was functional and in working order; however, the property is in need of an update. The BBQ grills worked well and the pool was well kept. Be prepared to climb stairs as this unit is on the third floor and there is no elevator. There are no ocean views from the unit but frankly we did not find an ocean view necessary. The nearby beaches are very nice and there is a protected area of the beach suitable for toddlers. Watching the sea turtles come ashore was a sight to see. Finally, the property was very safe and secure for families.
