Off the balcony, guests will see and possibly hear working noise from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. To access the beach, guests will need to walk to the Sea Coast II building while wearing their wristbands to reach the beach through the pool area there.
• This condo is located in the car-free section of New Smyrna Beach.
• Coin-operated laundry facilities are on the fourth floor.
