Thank you for a wonderful vacation. It is so refreshing to stay in a rental home where the owners have taken the time, expense, and effort to create a beautiful, cohesive, and functional home. Based on the experience at a house we stayed in nearby last year, I had a long list of items to pack, but we did not need them here. Your extraordinary care and attention to detail is greatly appreciated. I think this is the first time we have stayed in a rental home in which the cookware was not garage-sale quality. This meant that we could spend more time enjoying our time at the home and the beach with our furry family members. If you continue renting this property, we will definitely return, perhaps adding a Spring trip. The icing on the cake was the unexpected ability to store our bicycles in the shed under the house with a lock on the hasp. We could also store the bike rack that mounts to our pickup. It was great to not have to bring the bikes up the stairs and bring sand in on the tires. You all have thought of everything, and I loved the little labels. The only suggestion we could come up with is to provide a knife sharpener.

This was my absolute favorite beach house to stay at. It had all the updates and beautiful beachfront views. The sceened in porch was our favorite morning and evening hangout, besides the beach. We had one hiccup the first night, the air conditioner was not working. I called them the next morning and they had someone out there to fix it by mid-day. We will book again.

Our family group of 11 had a wonderful stay at Bluegrass Beach. The home was as advertised - very clean/bright, everything worked as expected and we were right on a very private beach. The screened front porch was perfect. There is an opportunity to have a pantry for food storage - that would have been a plus. Thanks to the owners for allowing us to enjoy a great family getaway!

We have stayed in beach homes for many years and this home is by far one of the nicest. Everything was perfectly clean, had everything we needed and the style of the home is great, it felt like luxury! And best of all - it is literally right on the beach. We look forward to visiting again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bluegrass Beach house. Truly a great rental, very well appointed with everything you could need. Very nicely decorated and comfortable. Has a very nice screened porch to relax on with a view of the water. We will be going back!

This is a beautiful home in a wonderfully quite location. I started going to Gulf Shores for spring vacation with my family when I was 5 in 1975. I have rented an incalculable number number of homes in GS and Fort Morgan since then. This home is perfect and will be our goto rental from now on.

The home has a fresh remodel and the owners have built something absolutely beach elegant and comfortable. The floor plan is entirely open. The bedrooms are well sized and the deck space is well laid out. There is an ample screened in porch that provides a great retreat from the sun while keeping you outside.

The attention to detail is outstanding. The owners have really accommodated for your comfort during your stay. The beds tilt up if you want sleep more upright, there are multiple poofs to use as footrests or seating and throw blankets aplenty to cut the evening chill. On top of that, it is a beautifully decorated home. Calming blues, cool wood/tile floors, high ceilings and cozy bedrooms.

However, none of that would matter if this home were not located in a serene location. I have traveled to more than 30 countries and who knows how many cities and and beaches galore. The Alabama beaches are as fine as any you will find. The only trade off is if you want Caribbean colored water- you will not find that in the gulf. The beaches in Alabama though are better. Seclusion is important for us. We were on the beach for 10 days and maybe saw 20 people cross the waterfront of this home. If you have any history with the Alabama peninsula, Fort Morgan is what Gulf Shores was on the 80s. For me, Gulf Shores today is very densely populated and we will not rent there now. Fort Morgan is a bit harder to access, but for us that is exactly the point!!
