House was a great size. Great lot! Needs some work on certain things. Floors coming up and basement heat wasn’t working in main part. House needs a good bug spraying and overall deep cleaning. It’s a great place for a family to spread out while still being together
Manager response:
Hi, Lauren! A deep cleaning is scheduled, and the flooring and heat have been brought to the homeowner's attention. Thank you!

This home was absolutely beautiful. It had so much space. The hot tub and fire pit were a nice bonus. The creek in the backyard paired with the back porch made for the perfect morning coffee spot.

When we got to the cabin our first thoughts were this home is beautiful, well during our stay we were very disappointed that one of the main reasons we rented this cabin was to be able to grill out and the grill is nasty, none of the burners work properly my husband tried to clean it and can’t even clean it, it was that nasty tried contacting Vacasa and no answer .. another thing is there are many lights in the cabin that don’t work and thermostats that don’t even work because they need new batteries so we were having to switch the battery packs to different thermostats just to change the temperature of that room, one of the bedrooms downstairs heat did not work and the master bedroom AC did not work and you could not use the ceiling fan in that room without having the light on because there was no switch or remote to turn off the main light , it is ridiculous that we paid all of this money to stay here and half of the things we needed that were pretty important to make our stay comfortable were not working properly and if you brought these concerns to Vacasa’s attention which is the only contact I had to reach out to no one replied, the only reply I got was when we first got there and we wanted to use the outside heaters near the hot tub there was no propane, I was told we could go get it filled and get reimbursed for filling it, I should not have to go fill it these things should have been done prior to our arrival for the amount of money we spent to stay here, not impressed.
Manager response:
Thank you for your review, Jennifer. We strive to have excellent, guest-focused service and we apologize if we missed the mark this time. We are sorry to hear about the details that were amiss that prevented you from having the perfect visit, and we appreciate you letting us know there is room for improvement. We enjoyed a weekend at this gorgeous home. We’ll appointed rooms (with comfortable mattresses!), great location a short drive to banner elk, awesome back yard with fire pit backing up to a creek, and the hot tub is so great!!! Such a wonderful weekend, we will certainly be back to this perfect home!!!!

Located at the end of a gravel road, the house is private and quiet. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms and bedrooms were sufficient for our three families.
