The house deck was being renovated, to be fair. I was assured, prior to arrival, that a hot tub was in proper working order. There was no hot tub. I would like to have been notified prior to arrival that it would not be available. On a good note, the view is amazing, fire pit was perfect and the bed was very comfortable. With a little more attention to housekeeping and outside maintenance I would give it a 5 star rating. The view alone, especially at night, was incredible.
