The kitchen is designed to delight the cooks in your group and to bring them into the center of the action even while they are cooking. The 19-foot-long granite island can seat 12 people and includes a 6-pot cooktop and prep sink. The open floor plan affords a great view of the ocean while cooking. There are double wall ovens and a large microwave. The kitchen is very well equipped with a KitchenAid mixer, convection pots and pans, cooking spices, hand blender, ice cream maker, food processor, mixing bowls, baking dishes, cast iron enamel baking pots, turkey roasting pan, toaster, and 2 coffee makers. Make a large pot of coffee or bring your k cups. We've got you covered. The dining table seats 12 under a beautiful Swarovski crystal adorned chandelier. There is a wet bar with a beverage cooler in the center of the great room with its own sink, glassware, and bar tools so the mixologist in the group can keep everyone happy.

Grill masters listen up. On the top deck is a 12-foot-long granite grill station featuring a 42-inch Cape Fear Wilmington Grill. Whatever your specialty, this grill will perform in style. Stand at the grill, gaze at the ocean or glance down at the pool deck. Life is good. Enjoy your family and/or friends and the moment. Did you say you want a view?

There is a large pool table for the skilled and not so skilled. Over the course of your stay, skill will grow and rivalries will develop. Suspended on a deck over the dune sits two large splash pools each 10 feet in diameter. One is elevated and has a waterfall that flows into the lower pool. Designed mainly for soaking and sharing with good friends these pools are large enough for the toddlers to splash around in. There is plenty of seating for a large group on stone pool surrounds. Share food and drink on the pool deck or take a dip after time on the beach. Enjoy the private outdoor shower under the pool deck.
