The condo was nice and clean and conveniently located close to the beach. We were disappointed in the kitchen setup. There were no condiments at all and no coffee starter pack, which is quite unusual for the price we paid. We also had an issue using the beach chairs since the garage was locked and we were on hold with customer service for quite some time. We ended up not using them.

The house is set up with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for each bedroom which was fantastic! The tandem garage was perfect to park in and allowed us to walk everywhere we went. Being steps to the board walk was great for going to the beach and morning and evening walks! As long as the A/C is working and the windows stayed closed the street noise is manageable. The street that the house is located on is attached to the general parking lot for beach parking so many cars use it when leaving the beach. The house is also located steps from Balboa fun park and the ferry. Overall great place!

This home was perfect for the 6 of us! Perfect spot to eat, sleep, beach and repeat! Location is perfect! The sand is just across the street, right next to the lifeguard helping us feel safer for the kiddos! You can see the beach down the street while grilling on the balcony! We were able to keep the home very cool with the ocean air coming through the windows and using the abundance of fans the home provides. We were excited to find boogey boards,chairs, and umbrellas in the garage to take down to the beach with us. There is a rinse off shower by the door for all the sandy toes, a washer and dryer, roku tvs, the couch is newer than the photos show, the bedrooms are super spacious and cozy... Best of all, our garbage disposal jammed up on us for breakfast and the local team had it fixed before we returned from the beach a few hours later. We had a few questions after booking and the Local rep, Alex, answered them all quickly! We ran into the inspector and housekeeping team as they were finishing up for our check in and they were incredibly friendly! We 100% will stay here again next beach trip!
