Recent Brighton Ski Resort vacation rental reviews

We loved this condo! The layout was perfect for our family of 4 and the walk to the trails is very easy. The kitchen was really well stocked, which is rare in vacation rentals - made cooking meals really easy! The beds were comfy, we loved the gas fireplace (once we figured out that the thermostat on the wall near it turns it on) and the couches were great after a long day of skiing. Having laundry in unit was also great and the condo has tons of towels (bath and pool), which is unusual and so lovely! There were also tons of shampoos/soaps/etc so you really didn’t need to bring anything. We really loved the hot tub outside the building and the pool/hot tub at club solitude (next door) were nice too (more crowded). The indoor parking was amazing and the ski lockers in the lobby were so helpful. The only downside of this condo is that you cannot communicate with the owner so questions that arise in planning or once arrived have to go through a random Vacasa rep (not local) who will then try to find a local rep to actually help you. Everything we needed was handled but it was a bit frustrating to have to go through multiple phone calls to find out how to turn on the fireplace after a long day of travel. We do prefer rentals that are directly through the owner but this was not terrible. We would certainly stay in this unit again - the pros far outweighed this one con!

Where is Brighton Ski Resort?

Located only 30 miles from Salt Lake City, the host of a vibrant festival scene, Brighton Ski Resort rentals are located in Big Cottonwood Canyon, a 15-mile-long watershed canyon. All of the resort's land is part of the Wasatch-Cache National Forest. Because of the resort's location, it receives plenty of snowfall from winter storms. In fact, the mountain averages 500 inches of snow each winter. Plus, the fluffy, dry snow has been ranked as the second-best snow in North America.

Activities at Brighton Ski Resort

Brighton Ski Resort has amazing backcountry access. Guests can purchase single-ride lift tickets to travel to the top of the resort to reach the backcountry access gates. Let loose (safely) and enjoy some uncharted territory as you perfect your skiing.

This fabulous ski resort has some of the most extensive night skiing in the West. Explore more than 200 illuminated acres for some nighttime fun, the light glistening off the snow and beckoning you to take advantage of its perfect texture. Brighton is recognized for its cliffs, chutes, bowls, and naturally perfect features. With its 66 runs and six lifts, the entire mountain is your skiing canvas. People just getting the hang of skiing can try their hand at the Sunshine or Main Street runs, which are for beginners. More advanced skiers can perfect their craft on the Snake Bowl or Thunder Road runs.

Brighton Ski Resort rentals offer wonderful tours with naturalists from the Cottonwood Canyons Foundation. For about 45 minutes, you'll learn about the animals and plants of the area and the history and geology of the canyon. There's no better adventure than combining fun with sightseeing.
