Beautiful, clean condo in a great spot! Hope to return next year.
Vicki R. | Mar 2026
We were very happy with everything the place had to offer
Jason S. | Mar 2026
This is a very nice unit, nicely renovated. The location is excellent, seems to be 15 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go. Quiet development, great view of the golf course, with mountains in the background. The only downside was that the carpet and floor need a good cleaning.

Where is the Coachella Valley?

Set about 100 miles inland from the California coast, the Coachella Valley stretches wide between mountain ranges, anchored by iconic desert towns like:

Where should you stay when visiting Coachella Valley?

Each city in the valley offers a different rhythm. Whether you're planning a quick festival weekend or a long, lazy season beneath the palms, there's a neighborhood perfectly suited to your style.

Palm Springs

Mid-century modern charm meets nightlife and shopping. Expect iconic design, lively downtown scenes, and breezy poolside afternoons backed by mountain views.

Indian Wells

Low-key elegance, lush palm corridors, and acclaimed golf resorts define Indian Wells—a favorite for travelers seeking serenity.

La Quinta

Tucked at the base of the Santa Rosa Mountains, La Quinta offers upscale vacation homes, private pools, and fairways that roll into the horizon.

Palm Desert

An effortlessly stylish destination for visitors who love boutique shopping, farmer’s markets, and an incredible dining scene.

Rancho Mirage

Known for its refined ambiance and proximity to wellness resorts and spas—Rancho Mirage invites an undeniably elevated kind of escape.

Indio

As the host of the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, Indio puts you closest to the action with walkable access to the Empire Polo Grounds.

When should you visit the Coachella Valley?

The valley radiates year-round warmth, but its high season typically runs from November to April. Spring welcomes tens of thousands for back-to-back weekends of music at Coachella and Stagecoach. In cooler months, snowbirds descend to enjoy the mild winter sun, while summer remains quieter—ideal for solitude, slower travel, and lower nightly rates.

What is there to do in the Coachella Valley?

Celebrate the contrast: explore vivid desert hikes by day and dine under string lights by night. Discover Joshua Tree National Park, saddle up for a twilight horseback ride, or follow local trails into the Santa Rosa and San Jacinto Mountains. Birdwatchers will find wonder at the Salton Sea; cultural travelers can drift through art museums, spa retreats, and modernist architecture tours throughout town.

In Palm Springs, ride the Aerial Tramway to 8,500 feet for a panoramic look at the desert below before heading back to your villa, just in time for golden hour.

Coachella Valley music & festivals

Each April, the quiet desert transforms. The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival and its country cousin, Stagecoach, make Indio the heartbeat of Southern California’s live music scene. Expect monumental performances, large-format art, stylish crowds, and an energy that lingers long after the lights go down.

Festival homes tend to book out months in advance—so if you’re planning to attend, we recommend reserving early for options closest to the venue. Many of our homes offer driveway parking, private yards, and amenities tailored for the modern festivalgoer.

Do you offer long-term or snowbird rentals in Coachella Valley?

Yes—we offer extended-stay and seasonal vacation homes perfect for snowbirds, long weekends turned workcations, and multi-month immersions in the desert sun. From single-level condos to spacious estates, our long-term rentals offer flexible booking, Wi-Fi, and comfort designed for more than just a few nights.
