If you are looking for a cozy and quiet getaway in Ouray, this is the place. The house itself was perfect, but the outdoor setting really stole the show. There is nothing better than listening to the river right from the property. We also loved the local wildlife. We saw both deer and a bear during certain times of the day! The location is fantastic and makes exploring the extremely walkable town of Ouray incredibly easy.

This place was so cool! Ouray is an amazing spot and you couldn't be more front and center than here. Everything is right out the front door, from the dog park and river to the grocery/bars/restaurants, and that VIEW from the balcony. The owner is so friendly and a delight to chat with and get local recommendations from! The complimentary coffee and treats he provides from his place are scrumptious and such a great way to start your day. I was so relieved traveling with a 3 month old baby that the 'noise' of being above a business turned out to be a non-issue. This spot was not only immaculately clean and comfortable on arrival, but also has a fully stocked kitchen, amazing owner hospitality, a perfect location, and all the little details and comforts to make a place feel just like home!

House is located right on Main Street and within walking distance of everything! It was immaculate and very comfortable to stay in! We will be back time and time again to experience this exceptional experience! Thank you for a great Valentine’s Day weekend!
