What we love ❤️
A.) The location of the unit to Super Bee and the quiet of East Village
B.) The building’s amenities
The amenities of the property are fantastic.
1.) The workout room is small but has everything you need. It’s very clean and has clear instructions on each piece of equipment.
2.) The pool table is level and has enough cues for everyone.
3.) The foosball table was found with everything in working order and had enough balls that you don't have to go looking.
4.) The furniture in the rec area as well as the main corridor area is comfortable with no ribs or tears.
5.) The hot tub worked as it should. It was clean.
6.) The steam room worked as it should and is clean.
7.) The ski lockers are not like they are advertised in the listing, but they get the job done.
8.) The laundry room is kept very clean and everything is in working order. I found the app very easy to use with clear instructions.
9.) The underground, heated parking is ample and kept well maintained.
10.) The trash, recycling area is easy to find, has clear signage, and has been kept well maintained.
C.) Text communication with both Copper Lodge and Vacasa was outstanding.
D.) Ample pots and pans and grilling utensils.
E.) Private grill on the balcony. Was clean with precise instructions.
F.) both beds had great support and ample pillows
What we did not love 💔
The overall rundown appearance of the unit.
Multiple items were broken, damaged, or missing. These included a damaged and broken microwave, a toilet paper holder ripped out of the wall, not enough water, juice glasses, forks or spoons to feed the number of guests that the unit is said to accommodate, let alone cook with. A rundown, no-support couch and ripped bedding, broken off patio handle, and the chandelier is missing a whole panel.
I took photos as I did not want to be changed with damage to the unit and sent them to Vacasa, the building manager and the cleaning manager, I felt that the cleaning staff should have made some notes on the damage situation to get it corrected.

After submitting multiple photos with the concerns regarding this unit, many were addressed and solved within 24 hours. This included a brand-new microwave, toilet paper holder hole patched, and reattach to the wall, and the tub snaked and the clogged removed. I want to note that the maintenance gentleman was friendly, professional, worked around our time out of the unit and left no trace behind.
This unit unfortunately has the overall feeling that the owner does not care and it’s strictly about the money and not the guest’s overall satisfaction. I say this because if you go back to reviews starting in 2025, people were complaining about many of the same issues as I was and we were in the unit in April 2026.
All this being said, our over all experience was good and YES we will stay in this unit again.
