Gull Cottage was simultaneously luxurious and comfortable; very easy to live in, organized, with everything needed to enjoy your vacation. From the open air living room to the simply gorgeous main bedroom and bath to the rooftop deck, there are places for everyone to lounge, rejuvenate, and have fun. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and dishware. Furniture is comfortable with plentiful seating. Beds were incredible, I slept in the main bedroom and was thoroughly impressed. Touches like electric fireplaces in the downstairs sitting room and main bedroom created a cozy and relaxed ambiance. The main bathroom is breath taking, with an insane amount of space. The jacuzzi tub is fabulous with plenty of hot water. The owners provide beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon and more. Beach access is perfect, with a very quiet, uncrowded space against the jetty. Overall I would highly recommend Gull Cottage. It’s quiet, gorgeous, and extremely livable. Bonus feature is the garage parking included!

The home is completely remodeled and is absolutely beautiful. It has all of the upgrades and high end appliances you could want. It was right on the sand and the patio was fabulous for eating and relaxing. The family loved using the hot tub and it was well maintained. We had a few issues with things working, but Vacasa staff was amazing to respond immediately and have a repairman fix the issue or resolve it in another manner. We will definitely be coming back next summer.

Generally, food and drinks are allowed by—but not in—the pool. However, to be safe, it’s best not to use glass or china in the pool area.
