This was an excellent property. It doesn’t get any better than this in terms of location. The front desk was extremely nice. We loved our stay.

The location of this unit was spot on! It was a brief walk to the market, shops, restaurants and the waterfront. We enjoyed it all. The unit was clean and more spacious than we anticipated. Check in and check out process was easy. Although we were not in the unit much, the couch when we sat on it was uncomfortable and an additional sitting chair would be helpful.

Like other reviews have stated it’s loud and not necessarily from the actually bar more the people that linger outside of it. Like most of the downtown are there’s the homeless around the front in the park. The apartment is nice in of in itself and is comfortable.

The location is great. About a 15 min walk to the Link. We walked to many sites, and restaurants. The decor is cute, and little details are appreciated. Plenty of kitchen items, plates for the roof top deck, Keurig and coffee maker. Dresser in the closet for plenty of storage. We did not miss having ac at all, it was quite warm our first day, however, there are 2 great fans and with ability to open the windows it quickly cooled off. Yes it is in a noisier area, but we expected it being downtown. It did not affect our stay. Good Italian restaurant right outside the door on 2nd. Mini mart on 1st avenue for little things. Beautiful courtyard, and nice rooftop area. We felt completely safe, strict protocol for leaving and entering. Some little areas could use a deep clean, however, overall clean with cute decor. Bed was comfy and plenty of pillows. We used Uber a couple of times, so easy there.
