Rented this property with 9 of my family members for a wedding we had in Duluth. Location was great and was very close to major grocery stores and a lot of restaurants. The rooms were very spacious and the basement was huge. Everyone had their own area to get ready and having 4 full baths helped speed up the process. We had no issues with the beds and pillows and we used the theater room every night! Sound system and video quality was great. Of course not everything is perfect but some minor things like loud noise when running the showers were not an issue in the grand scheme of things. Owner was responsive and even let us check out late with no additional fee. I’d recommend this property.

Had an excellent stay at this home! It was clean and the perfect location for my travel needs. Loved that there is a gas station close by as well. The bathroom has a steamer in the shower which was a nice touch. Highly recommend. Would stay here again when in Norcross!

The house was nice with plenty of space but needs a few upgrades and a deep cleaning. Beds are low except in Master Bedroom. Mattress and Pillows had large stains. Walkway to entrance and benches need power washing. Danny was pretty nice and even gave us an early check-in and a late check out. The check-in was smooth. Love the security cameras being up.. I would recommend this location if these complaints were dealt with. I see others have wrote reviews about the same issues. Okay let’s get it done! We Would come back again or maybe recommend this place if the issues are fixed.. Nice location.
