Atlantis 302 was Very clean and had a beautiful view of the ocean when the window was open. The kitchen was stocked with a ton of cookware and utensils but lacked any spices, even salt and pepper which we thought was odd. The bathroom was very clean and had full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The bed was good enough for a decent nights rest but the extra pillows did not come with any pillow cases. The windows could use a good cleaning, they are VERY dirty and you can not see through them when closed. Each morning we were woke up by the loud noise of a truck picking up the dumpsters outside but it wasn't a deal breaker for us, just more of an annoyance. The A/C is very loud, this didn't bother us since we like to sleep with white noise but it may bother some that like silence. I had issues with the WIFI but my husband didn't and the streaming services worked well so maybe it was just my phone/laptop. The beach chairs and umbrella in the closet was a nice surprise however the umbrella didn't have the pole for the sand and one of the chairs was broke. Thankfully we were able to rent an umbrella on the beach but a new one is suggested for future guests. Overall we thought that Atlantis 302 was perfect for our short stay and being on the beach far outweighed any minor inconveniences. We will absolutely stay at this property again.

Pros: "newly" renovated, decor, views, size. Cons: not cleaned well, toilet flush REALLY loud, some problems with TVs streaming. I have stayed at several units and locations on Coastal Highway. This unit was one of our better stays.
