Great location with an awesome coffee shop - 81301 Coffee ; restaurants , groceries and trails all a short walk away! The house was perfect. Very nice kitchen; nice cozy back yard patio nicely decorated and very clean. We will stay here again for sure on our next trip to Durango!!

My husband and I enjoyed a week visit. The staff at restaurants and health club were very friendly. The Condo had everything to cook a meal and store leftovers. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in balcony watching the magpies and the golfers who were all friendly. The only con was the 19 steps to get to the unit, probably not an issue for most but being a retiree it was a bit harder.

We very much enjoyed staying at this house. It was much bigger than I expected, and full of thoughtful amenities. The best part was being able to sit outside in the morning with my coffee on the back patio, and then watching the train go by! Located in a quiet area and the drive into downtown Durango was easy.
