Where is Mission Beach?
Mission Beach is located on the outskirts of sunny San Diego, approximately five miles south of the scenic community of La Jolla. This oceanside neighborhood, uniquely built atop a long sandbar separating the Pacific Ocean from Mission Bay, offers almost two miles of great beaches for sunning and surfing, two popular boardwalks for walking and biking, and a vibrant community with many adorable beach rentals.
Things to do in Mission Beach
You'll find that there's something for everyone when you stay in Mission Beach! A few of San Diego's most popular attractions, including SeaWorld San Diego and the historic seaside Belmont Park amusement park, are located right in this neighborhood.
