We were extremely impressed with the "Amazing View Retreat Home". This home in the Vacasa description is aptly named, as the mountain and valley views from the main living area as well as all the bedrooms are impressive. The views varied throughout the day with impressive morning fog banks, midday sunny views, and evening sunsets. The house was exceptionally clean, and we made full use of the multimedia capabilities of the TVs throughout the home during the evenings. The home had everything needed to prepare our full breakfasts in the morning as well as light lunches for our day trips. We especially enjoyed morning coffee using the coffee grinder and French Press setup. The setup of the home having three levels gave the ability for people to gather in groups or have their own space if desired. If a family had younger children, they would be able to use the 50's style room while the adults could gather in the main area. This 50's room had a genuinely nice vibe to it. We were able to comfortably park three vehicles either in front of the garage door or off to the left side as you are facing the home. The roads are steep as described but are very manageable if you drive with care. While we did not make use of any of the trails located throughout the area, we were able to start our walks at the home on multiple occasions up to the top of Campton Mountain. This provided a challenging walk due to the elevation rise. The location in the town of Campton, NH and proximity to I-93 allowed quick access to the highway. We used I-93 to go to locations in the White Mountain National Forest as well as the Lakes Region throughout the week. In addition, we went to dinner in various restaurants in town as well as nearby towns. There is a Farm to Table restaurant in town that we would highly recommend.
