This home exceeded our expectations and the view of the lake was remarkably peaceful and beautiful. The home is beautifully decorated with attention to detail. Location was perfect. It was close to all the wineries with just a quick drive to the Watkins Glen State park, Main Street and many with wonderful shops and restaurants. They provided a great informational booklet with information on all the great spots for dining, shopping and things to do in town. I am looking forward to booking my next trip to stay in this home and continue exploring all the great activities this town has to offer.

If you want a relaxing get away with a beautiful view this house is for you. House is well stocked with all kinds of necessities. One downside is only one bathroom and low water pressure.

This place is absolutely lovely. I stayed here with my twin sister and grandparents for the week and we had a wonderful time. The view from this home is seriously unmatched. The neighbor across the street is lovely and even gave us some recommendations for what to do in the surrounding areas. There is a lot of wild life near the property so just be careful driving in and out. The house was so lovely there were days we didn’t want to leave! Anyway I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a place in the Finger Lakes. You are only about 30 mins away from Watkins Glenn, 20 mins from Penn Yan and 20 mins from Hammondsport. Oh and you have to stop at the Spotted Duck for the best ice cream in UpState NY.

Highly enjoyable stay - couple with 3 year kid. Amazing stuff: the back deck, view and hot tub. Absolutely outstanding and they really make the entire place a 5/5 (or 10/5 if you ask my son). Breakfasts with the sun shining on the deck, afternoons chilling sipping champagne in hot tub or dinners grilling with sunset over the lake were outstanding. We spent 99% of the time in the cottage on the deck. The area is also incredibly quiet, so if you want a place to decompress and enjoy nature's sound, this is it! Good stuff: the cottage is very well equipped, smooth check-in and very clean. I was even impressed that despite saying that they don't have some minor essentials (salt, pepper, coffee) - they still made a goody bag for us. Loved that touch. They had towels all kitchen equipment and even laundry items. The decent: the way to the cottage from main road is not paved and kinda sloped. Ultimately I think it is OK but just be forewarned, especially in winter. The next door neighbor is really close but he was rarely out and never had an issue (luckily my son managed to remain relatively quiet during the time). The cottage is also a bit smaller inside than what we imagined from the photos, but being summer we stayed 99% of the time outside, hence not an issue. Ultimately a great cottage, fun time and would absolutely come back for the deck alone.
