We rented this cabin for a ladies' leadership team retreat. It was a great choice on a beautiful little lake. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evening and watching the wildlife on the lake. Kitchen was pretty well stocked and beds were comfortable. We would choose this place again.

We were in town for a wedding and made a weekend out of it. We had nine guests and never felt cramped. Great layout and all of the necessary amenities. I was surprised that there weren't TVs in the bedrooms, but didn't really need then as the main livingroom and deck is where you should be spending your time. Everything was clean and felt brand new. I hope you all can maintian this. We hope to return soon.

This was a great cabin with lots of outdoor amenities including fishing, kayaking, ping pong, corn hole, and basketball. The kids were entertained by it all. The upper and lower driveway set up was also perfect for having an elderly parent with us as we could drive him upstairs or downstairs (where the lake and outdoor amenities are) to reduce the number of stairs taken. Although there are houses around, 1 being another Vacasa rental, it was very quiet most of the time. There is an event center on the other side of the lake that could potentially be busy on certain days but was not utilized during our stay. The location is also close to south Asheville, Henderson, and Brevard as well as other points of interest like Sliding Rock.
