My name is Taj Richardson and I am the local representative for Vacasa's Otis vacation rental management team. I've lived on the Central Coast since 1994. I graduated from Nestucca High School in Cloverdale and went to the University of Oregon (Go Ducks!). I moved back to the coast after graduation and that's where I've happily been ever since! I opened my first business in 2005 in Lincoln City and, in 2008, I became a licensed Realtor, so I know my way around the local housing markets.
