It’s spacious and great for families . We enjoyed our stay. The resort amenities make it easy to enjoy family time without travel.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this vacation townhome! As a family of four—with two teenagers—it can sometimes be tricky to find a space that feels roomy and comfortable for everyone, but this accomodation was incredibly spacious and thoughtfully laid out. One of the standout features for us was how fully stocked everything was. From kitchen essentials to little conveniences (like Tupperware—yes, really!), it felt like staying in a home rather than a rental. There were plenty of extra towels, pool noodles for the kids, and even things we didn’t need but appreciated seeing, like a high chair and pool safety features for little ones. Every detail had been considered, making it easy to settle in and relax. The bedrooms were just as impressive—spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished. The villa features a luxurious king bed, a cozy queen bed, and a fun bunk bed setup with a full-size mattress on the bottom—perfect for teens or kids who like a little extra room. Each room also included extra bedding and linens, including Disney-themed bedding tucked away in the linen closet—ideal for little ones who need a bit more magic at bedtime, or that teenager who still proudly embraces their inner princess. We also loved the screened-in porch, complete with two comfy sofas. It became our go-to spot to unwind after a day at the parks—perfect for family meals, late-night conversations, or just relaxing with a drink in hand. The decor was truly exceptional—impeccably done with a unique blend of Disney and Universal touches, all layered over a calming beach-inspired theme. It honestly felt like we were staying at a Disney property, thanks to thoughtful details like custom character paintings and fun surprises like towel animals on the beds. But unlike a typical resort stay, this villa offered way more space, comfort, and amenities—for a fraction of the price. Even for guests who aren’t focused on the parks, the overall coastal vibe, paired with the playful Disney and Universal accents, made the entire space feel both relaxing and magical. The Harry Potter-themed cupboard under the stairs was a fun and memorable photo op for our whole family. It’s detailed oriented things like this that really set this townhouse apart from others we've stayed in.

Beds were just soft enough but had some firmness; baths had shampoo/conditioner/body wash and hand soap. There's a starter pack of detergents and a sponge. Washer and dryer looked brand new and worked well. The patio is a HUGE bonus and my older son and his girlfriend enjoyed a lot of time out there. We will probably look to book this place again for the same event next year!
