Clean great house! Location was great for us, we had a wedding at Folly Beaches Pelican Watch pavilion and we were 8 minutes away. The food and shops that were within walking distance we great! My 6 year old wants to rent this again!

The house location was incredible It was mostly good. I’m actually a local and I have rented beach houses for the past eight years. So I’ve had a lot of perspective the one thing this location needs improvement is. Kitchenware and the grill looks kind of rough . So we did not want to go near that. But for the price they should upgrade some of the kitchenware since we did use it all week and we definitely struggled big time (but of course that’s very minor in the grand scheme of things). But it was a very comfortable home. I appreciated the comfy beds , location and how quickly they got back to me when I had an issue …highly recommend.

Outstanding beach access, comfortable beds, overall a nice place. However, if the elevator is not working, going up and down 53 steps each way is a pain literally and figuratively.
