This home is very well maintained, stocked and comfortable. All bedrooms have their own sliding door leading to the outside deck with comfortable setting and a lovely view of the ocean. My family has visited the area for 20 years. Very rarely have we’ve ever stayed in the same house twice. This home has been our favorite by far. We will be staying here again.

Pros: Right on the beachfront; house is spacious and each bedroom has a private bathroom; 3/5 bedrooms have oceanfront balconies; rental company has excellent customer service and stayed in touch with us throughout our stay; hot-tub and pool were great; baby gates were available if needed; plenty of seating; dining table spacious and beautiful; outdoor chairs and deck furniture were great; perfect proximity to our favorite spots on the island; during Labor day week, our stretch of the beach was still private. Cons: Cleanliness could have been better 3/5 ⭐️; cookware/utensils were sparse but doable; there was a hole in the bathroom drywall (where a towel rack bad been, but maintenance said that was being addressed between guests); a few of the deck boards are loose and need replaced (especially near the railing) - we blocked it off with chairs because of little ones. Overall I would definitely stay there again and do recommend!
