We loved our stay here! They had some chairs and body boards in the master bedroom closet that my kids enjoyed & it was nice that we didn’t have to buy or bring those items. All the beds were comfy. Could use a new couch mattress but it wasn’t terrible, we used one of the extra comforters as an extra layer for softness. Love the view from the balcony. The pools are great. We really enjoyed all the amenities like the racquet ball courts, basketball court and putt putt! It was so perfect for our active family, especially since it was included for free! All you had to do was check out the equipment. We will definitely stay here again!

Condo has amazing, has comfortable beds, pillows, living furniture. It also has spectacular gorgeous views of the ocean from the living, kitchen and master bedrooms. You can hear the sounds of the waves from every room. For us the sound of the waves were so peaceful & relaxing. Every day had a different balcony view of the sunrise, daylight and sunset. We traveled the east and west sides of Florida during our stay. This condo was a perfect middle spot for us. We plan to return & stay here again. West Texas

Having stayed in multiple other condos in Destin for 15 of the past 20 years, these were the most comfortable beds we've ever had. Condo is outdated, but that has kept the price low and we prefer that over updates. The condo was clean, accommodating, the square footage. It felt larger than it was, with plenty of room in the den and dining area to lounge and play games. There was a very short walk to the beach, pool and work out facility. We will definitely stay at The Summit again and this unit, unless we need a larger one.
