This place has it all. The condo itself was perfect and pretty well stocked. However, we were a group of about 50 people, over 30 kids. Security was insanely after them about everything. I get it to an extent but it got exhausting all of the rules. It would be helpful if we understood ahead of time how strict they were. My son only brought crocs, which are closed toed and have backing but multiple times he was kicked off the basketball court for not having tennis shoes. He is also 10 years old and we trust him to walk back to our room to grab something but he was stopped by security multiple times and held until I came and got him. I’ve never seen anything like it. That all being said, the property is beautiful and lots to do. You just have to be okay with a lot of rules. And again, the condo itself was great!

My daughter and her boyfriend came to stay with us over spring break. This place was perfect. We wanted to spend our time at the beach and pool. Everything was fantastic. The gym was amazing. This is our second time staying at Tops’l in the past month. We will definitely be back.
