The location of the unit is great for larger groups looking to stay together. Ample space in the three floors and four bedrooms.
Pros: large and spacious, excellent ski in/out location (from tempest, blue/black runs), very clean, excellent amenities (washer/dryer, sauna, kitchen appliances). Pool and hot tub were amazing. Very warm and you were allowed to bring drinks! Great value.
Cons: we had small kids with us so the walk to the hot tub and pool wasn’t great (about 7 mins). Maybe some more towels (we had a large group with small kids ). A bit outdated but was a great value. Not on shuttle route.
This place is all about location, the ski on ski off is amazing. It definitely needs some updating, but mattresses were comfortable and overall the place was great.
We enjoyed every minute of our stay! On our arrival our expectations were as we hoped and we hope we plan on returning for another stay in 2020 - maybe the same unit or even better if we can get closer to ski trail.
The accommodations were great! Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our week there. Beds were comfortable, and three bathrooms made all of us smile. Our 2nd year in a row in this condo.
Location is awesome ski in ski out. Space is great, , great for big family, space for all to spread out. Great for cooking lots of pots and pans and dishes. Pool and hot tub the best! The only downside, the TV apple TV no programing for football playoffs spent over an hour downloading apps so I could watch games...
First night we hit a little snag with the furnace out. With it being in the single digits and little ones it was crazy cold. Called vacasa and they were able to send out some guys to assist. Tommy and Josh were awesome. Not only did they get a technician out but they literally stayed the whole time to make sure everything worked out. I would definitely rent this place again no doubt. 4 stars because of the furnace was broke and had to worry about that most of the night. Otherwise would have been a 5.
It was our first time at sunday river, we were taking part in the new england forrest rally, This place was very nice and close to everything we were involved in. i would recommend this place to everybody.
In the words of my 5 year old, on the day we checked out:
"Daddy, we need to follow the house rules so that we can rent this house again, because I love this house, and I want to come back."
Our stay was great. Room for everyone to relax and you can't beat the location!
On mountain, with pool and hot tub steps away what else could you ask for. Perfect location and Sunday River works hard to make the ski conditions good under any weather circumstance.
Although dated (like all the accommodations on-site at Sunday River), this town house was large, clean and extremely functional. We slept twelve comfortably, found the kitchen perfect and just generally enjoyed our stay. The hot-tub/pool area was just a quick jaunt across the parking lot as was Tempest for ski in/ski out.
