Casa Del Mar is a charming 3 bedroom and 3 bath private beach house, located one block from the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico in Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island. Casa del Mar has been recently updated and tastefully decorated with coastal wall colors; furniture and décor creating a comfortable and inviting living space for you and your family to enjoy!

Casa Del Mar features two main bedrooms and a separate third bedroom that can accommodate six guests comfortably. The first main bedroom features a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and standalone shower. The second main bedroom features a queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower. The third bedroom features two twin beds that can be converted into one king-size bed. All rooms have flat-screen TVs, including in the living room. The kitchen provides everything a guest could need and more with all stainless steel appliances and a large kitchen island.

Enjoy two spacious balconies where you can sip your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine, or walk out to the terrace on the first floor overlooking the heated pool and patio with luscious landscaping. The home includes a Nest thermostat and childproof door alarms on all exterior doors. Beach chairs, an umbrella, beach toys, and a Ping-Pong table are available for guest use. The house is elevated with a two car garage and separate carport, accommodating up to three cars.

Casa Del Mar is walking distance to excellent shops and restaurants, including a supermarket (Publix) and pharmacy (CVS), and across the street from a free island trolley stop where you can hop on and
take a sightseeing tour around the island. The trolley runs from historic Anna Maria Pier down to Coquina Beach seven days a week from 6 am to 10 pm. Visit our local shops and restaurants, marina, library, free community tennis courts, and gyms open to visitors. Experience for yourself why Anna Maria Island is considered Florida's hidden gem!

My family and I absolutely loved staying at the Oasis. It was a very private property even though it was right on the main road. The third bedroom was an awesome added bonus. The home was very spacious and cute. It’s located in a great spot that is close to everything. The only problem we had were with mosquitoes. I would recommend the company spraying for them with all of the vegetation in the backyard. We will absolutely rent this property again. Vacasa was also the easiest and kindest company we’ve ever rented with.

The house was a great place to stay. My only complaints was the dishwasher was broke. They on gave 2 trash bags for 7 days. Air would not turn on last day as if they shut it down. Lack of toilet paper. Lack of cooking dishes.

This location is near everything you need. The house itself needs updates. Living room furniture was uncomfortable & all the beds were hard as a rock. Patio furniture was so worn out we never even sat on it.

The ad for this home is a little misleading. There is parking for 3 vehicles (including the garage) but because of a concrete wall surrounding the lot and a gate at the driveway, it is not easy to park anything larger than standard cars. My wife's F-150 barely fit through the gate and then I couldn't get my Jeep in. We ended up shuffling vehicles in and out whenever someone wanted to leave. When we arrived one of the showers was leaking, the smoke detector was taken apart, one drawer face was laying on the kitchen counter, and power outlet covers were missing in the bedroom. There is no way that the cleaning staff could have missed these or not reported them. I spent 2 hours and three phone calls Friday night waiting for the maintenance person to call me, as the management company assured me they would, while my family was watching the sunset on the beach. The maintenance person then showed up early the next morning, without calling first, and I had to wake kids up and move them around so he could tell me there was nothing he could do and was going to call a plumber. The landscaping is very heavy across the property, which does help buffer some noise from the main road, but it also holds a lot of moisture and mosquitos, so bring some spray if you plan on using the balcony, porch or pool. Also there is no ice maker, so plan ahead.

We have followed-up with housekeeping about reporting these types of things right away, and all of the issues mentioned in this review have been taken care of. We do apologize our guests had to wait a bit for maintenance to come out; our technicians do not return to the island in the evenings unless there is an emergency situation. Thank you!

The house was more bedrooms than my wife and I needed but for almost the same price as condos and one bedroom units we're so glad we booked this house. Kacey was wonderful from booking to day of arrival, and the agency and owners of the property worked with us since we weren't arriving until Sunday. Island Real has an excellent after hours key pick-up that worked out exactly as explained so we could arrive on Sunday without issues getting in the house. It's close to Publix, CVS, Walgreens, and walking distance to the beach. Heated pool was wonderful, and Island Real even sent someone to skim the pool on Monday morning without us asking. Full kitchen with dishwasher and utility room with washer/dryer was nice to have and the cabinets are full of dishes--even wine glasses. Plenty of good linens and beach towels. Upstairs outdoor patio was great to enjoy the mornings. WiFi was handy while we looked up places to eat and go on AMI. Cable was also available although we rarely watch TV and spent most of our day venturing around the island and even off the island. I'm sure we will return to AMI at some point, and will either book this home again or still consider using Island Real for our next booking.

Spent 3 weeks in March 2017. Property has so much potential, if owner put a little effort into it. Don't be fooled by the pictures of the pool on the web site. Plantings around the pool are so overgrown that pool area only gets about 2 hours of sunshine. (The good news is that it is a short walk to the beach).Additionally, pool gets very dirty from all the leaves and seed pods shed by the trees. House is adequate but sparsely equipped based on our other rental experiences. Obviously a rental investment where owner never stays there! On the plus side, location is excellent. All the amenities you need are within walking distance. Garage is handy, but hard to drive in to with overgrown plants next to driveway.

This property is located in the perfect spot. The beach is within walking distance and you have a CVS and Publix across the street. The house is great with all the essentials. The only thing I was not to happy with was I wasnt advised that the pool is only heated in the winter not during summer months which is a bummer since at night the pool water gets rather cold. Other than that everything was great.
