I loved the nature surrounding this area. Lots of things to see. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It was an end unit so it was very quiet. Would love to stay here again.

The apartment was well furnished and comfortable. Located in the corner building , therefore more private. The beach clean and beautiful
The only minus is the high price of purchasing access to the club house and other facilities. For five days we paid $370 for two people
Hi Yelena, we're so glad you enjoyed your stay in our home. We regret the high price of the club amenities. We have made sure to describe the pricing in our listing description. We hope to host you again soon!

We have been coming for years with our big yellow Lab girl, she loves pet friendly beach and meets new friends as we also meet pet owners as well!
Simple in and out, quiet beach with good security on Island!! Condo always pretty clean! Island is remote to Charleston but plenty of local yummy choices for food and shopping on the islands 👍

We had an absolutely lovely stay this past week! The place was very clean when we arrived and they left plenty of "living supplies" if you will. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and I would recommend this property to any couple!

Pelican Watch was a perfect pre 90th birthday celebration for my daughter and me. Our apartment was well described to us ahead of time, so that when we arrived it was liked coming home. Immaculately clean, well equipped, comfortable bed.The TV was a little small for the room.! We would like to return!

We arrived and there was a misunderstanding with the rental but Gillian at Beachwalker Rentals quickly got to the bottom of the problem and resolved the problem with the help of her boss at Beachwalker. Before we even knew there was a problem Gillian treated us with warm hospitality and professionalism. After the problem was discovered she continued to make sure everything was in good order. I can't say enough good things about Gillian and Beachwalker. Kevin M

Loved the location and private area. Beautiful view & great sunsets! Not sure what was giving my allergies a fit but I developed a rash on my face & had watery eyes, sneezing the entire stay.

This Villa is at our favorite end of Pelican Watch where the beach is a little less crowded. We enjoyed a very relaxing vacation at this unit and it was very clean.

This was one of our favorite family vacations. The island is beautiful and peaceful. The condo was clean and well equipped and decorated beautifully. View was amazing. The kids could run out the back door straight to the beach. We will definitely be coming back.

The condo was very clean, very tastefully decorated with tons of amenities. We loved the combo of the dunes and all the wildlife, we enjoyed the privacy but also the option to have places to play, shop & discover. The beach wasn't the tropics it we still enjoyed every second of it. We had a perfect anniversary, very pleased!

We caught the last week of summer for our vacation, and it worked out perfectly! I'd imagine the villas can be pretty busy in peak season, and since this one is located on the bottom and between two others, the serenity and quiet may be based on the cooperation of your neighbors - but we did pretty well over our week. The villa is clean and very comfortable. We'd read that it was remodeled this past season and it was definitely in good shape! A very comfortable place for a couple to spend a week!! The overall property was well maintained yet affordable. The beach on this side of the island experiences a lot of fluctuation by tides, but is also quiet and private - and the dolphins are right outside your door! Actually, we saw deer in the dunes right outside our balcony a couple times too! Honestly, the only complaint we had about anything was that there are no sidewalks in Seabrook Island. So if you want to walk around the island at all, you have to walk in the street. The bed is very comfortable. Kitchen is clean and well put together. Bathrooms were good. Living room couches/tv were cozy and comfortable.

The unit at Pelican Watch Villas was amazing. We loved the ocean view and being able to walk right out to the beach, and the furnishings were so cute and comfortable for a family of 3. We live in Mount Pleasant, and this was just a quick getaway before school starts, but it was so peaceful and relaxing, we will definitely want to do it again!
