We liked the layout and decor of the house and its comfort. We were unable to turn on the downstairs TV, but everything else worked fine. The owners had thoughtfully prepared for us as guests.

This house was perfect for our groups weekend in sebago. Right in the water and very accommodating. 10/10 would recommend staying here. Looking forward to booking again next year.

Hubby and I came to Maine to check out the lakes region for possible real estate purchase. Even though this house was way too big for just us, it was exactly what we wanted since it was right on the lake and centrally located to all the lakes, ponds and towns we wanted to visit. We had a gorgeous night to enjoy the dock and chiminea and we saw two beautiful sunrises from the deck as we had coffee. Side note....the coffee maker is a keurig so bring your pods! We would definitely stay here again and our experience with vacasa was effortless.

Really comfortable home right on the lake, steps from town and the bridge separating Long Lake from Brandy Pond. The lake itself is fantastic, and this spot has a gorgeous dock surrounded by knee deep, clear water. The paddle boats and canoes were fun and there is a jet ski available for rental. Long Lake connects to Sebago via Brandy Pond and the Songo River. The house itself is comfortable, well stocked with essentials including some firewood for the pit, tons of games, kitchen amenities like pitchers and tupperware as well as many spices and salt. The beds are comfortable, the rooms not too large and the layout easy to manage. The bathrooms are adequately stocked with towels but a bit low on TP! The two problems we had were not the owners fault: 1) the previous renter had left garbage outside the shed and not in it. We couldn't locate the key to the shed so we left ours outside too hoping that housekeeping would take care of it. 2) Both toilet flushes needed to be replaced. We called the manager, she sent a handyman by in a very timely way, but honestly I don't think he knew what to do. He glued the toilet handle down in the basement bathroom and essentially left the upstairs as is. We could flush by pulling the chain, but I am sure not what the owner would have wanted, nor we. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone: friends, couples, families who want a great place to relax.
Manager response:
We appreciate receiving this review! We are very happy to see our guests enjoy this home, though we are terribly sorry about the toilet issue experienced during this reservation. After inspection, the owner decided to replace both toilets, and housekeeping will keep an eye on the toilet paper supply. There is a separate trash storage bin outside for our guests to use that will be clearly labeled so future guests know to use it. Thank you!
