We stayed here the last 2 nights of our 30th anniversary celebration. Once we arrived we never left. The cabin was very clean and stocked with everything you could need. We played games, sat by the fire, soaked in the hot tub, took walks, and watched deer. We enjoyed watching 12 deer come in our first evening. Great cabin and would love to come back.

Nice and private, everything I was expecting. The bubbling creek was entrancing.

Best experience ever!

We loved our time here! The cabin was amazingly clean and had a nice stock of items to help us keep it clean. My girls and dog loved hiking along the mountain road and playing along the creek. This is a perfect spot for a little family getaway to Blue Ridge.

Most cabins in the area are geared more towards a large group of people, which is fine if you actually have a large group of people splitting the cost. If you are looking for a weekend getaway for yourself and significant other, this is the place to do it. My wife and I had a great time together at Bear Bottom and we will definitely be returning. Everything was in great shape, which isn't typical of the "cheaper" option in most cases. The hot tub was fantastic and where I spent most of my time. The layout is simple and works very well. We did have a hard time getting a fire going since the wood was damp, so a covered firewood storage area would have been nice. That is really the only gripe to be had.

Cabin was cozy & clean , affordable & the staff was great, I suggest taking screenshots of directions & access code , gps & wifi are iffy on the backroads up to the cabin, enjoyed the hot tub & hearing the creek behind the cabin , Will be back next Spring!!

Very nice cabin. Well appointed. Love the screened in porch.

Loved how secluded the cabin was! All the amenities were fantastic! Loved the hot tub as well!

The cabin was nice as described But the roads getting there are difficult to maneuver. Make sure you follow the directions of travel in your email because google maps took us another way which was worse. It takes approximately 15 to 20 min to get up mountain from the bottom.

Secluded, nice creek, clean, great screened-in porch with hot-tub.

The location was great. It was the middle of summer and stayed a cool 75 - 80 degrees. Porch right next to a creek. Would recommend it!!

We loved our stay at Bear Bottom Creek! It had everything you could possibly need and it was very neat and tidy. The hot tub on the screened porch was our favorite place to relax! Mother Nature showed herself with quite a storm on our last night there and we were unable to drive back to our cabin due to downed lines and trees. We met some amazing local neighbors and our Vacasa management team stepped up immediately to help us out. Thank you!

This cabin feels wonderfully secluded back in the woods while still being quiet accessible. It is well stocked with quality amenities (appliances, dishes, etc.). And the layout is perfect with a screened in porch/hot tub, outdoor porch and fire pit, and delightful interior layout/decor - versatile for all seasons/weather. We greatly enjoyed our time and will definitely consider returning in the future.

Quiet surroundings, flowing stream, nice enclosed porch with jacuzzi, then an additional lower deck having nice gas grill facing stream and woods. Indoor and out door furniture was smartly done. Good functioning home as your own home. with all modern conveniences. All surrounded by woods. Beautiful

The hot tub was easily one of the best things about the place, but we also enjoyed the view of the creek and the way the porch was set up.

Renting this cabin for a long weekend was a great last minute decision. Unfortunately we could not experience all of the amenities available due to bad weather. Cabin is nicely secluded and the hot tub is a great feature.

The place is very cozy and peaceful. Enjoyed hot coffees and cold beers while listening to the creek along the back of the house. It’s a small house but not in a bad way. It had everything we wanted so we could have a cozy mountain cabin experience.

We had an amazing trip. It was rainy, so we stayed in most of the weekend. Everything was clean and nice. The hot tub does take awhile to warm-up for use, but it's well worth the wait. We have recommended this cabin to all our friends and plan to visit again as soon as possible.

This house was perfect for our family of 3 - could easily fit a family of 4. Cabin is just a few feet from a beautiful little creek. Large property with fire pit and plenty of outdoor seating both covered and uncovered. Cabin itself is cozy - small but very nice and neat and claen - nice touches like bear stuffed animals in kids rooms. Great TV with all sports and movie channels for rainy days. Fabulous hot tub on porch and great fireplace inside too.
