Renting a golf cart is a must on IOP. This cottage is centrally located, just a short walk/ride to the beach, pool, golf, tennis courts. Cable tv, prime and Netflix included, as well as linens and bath/kitchen towels. Beautiful screened port on the back. Quiet neighborhood. We would rent again.

We arrived at about 11PM and the keypad code we were given didn't work. We drove to their office about 10 minutes away to see if there was any information that could help us but there was no check in information in there. We then called the number given to us by Vacasa and were able to finally get ahold of a human. The lady we spoke with didn't live locally and said she was trying to reach someone that could help us out. No one called us back for 14 hours!! After she hung up with us we kept trying the door code and somehow we were able to get it to open one time. This was more than an hour after we had first arrived and everyone was frustrated and tired. We tried to use the code again and it never worked so we really don't know why it opened that one time. Someone local did call us the next afternoon and gave us a code that worked for the remainder of our stay. The home itself was nice and as pictured. There were some cleanliness issues though. We found significant stains on the sheets along with several hairs. There were dead cockroaches on the floors and the coffee pot had a lot of mold growing in it. Nice house but for the price we paid it definitely fell short on this trip.

We were having difficulties with our lock system, and with being short-staffed due to the effect of COVID-19 on our industry, we were behind on phone calls and emails.
