Nice place, good layout. A few things weren't in the property that we had to buy from the store. Trash bags, toilet paper, etc. Not really a big deal. Had a lot of fun

I purposely chose a house for our weekend family trip so we would not have to worry about the noise from our 3 grandkids.The main level of the house was lovely; master bedroom and bath very comfortable, but the mirror should have been rehung on the wall over the dresser. Kitchen was adequate and the 9 of us fit comfortably around the dining room table. Living room was fine and the chess table a bonus. The brand new grill was a dream. Upstairs catwalk and bedrooms were great for the kids and their parents. I was thrilled that there was a downstairs playroom complete with Foosball and lots of games to keep us busy. My other son and his wife were sleeping down there. When we first got to the house and walked downstairs the odor of dead critter was overwhelming. We called management and they came over immediately. There was not much they could do to remedy the situation except give us a fan and lysol spray. We know from living on Long Island that when something dies in the wall it just has to disintegrate before the smell goes away. Our kids overlooked the smell somehow and slept there on Friday night. Over breakfast the next day we asked how they slept. Not great. Apparently, housekeeping had not changed the sheets and there were pubic hairs in the bed. On the floor they kept stepping over millipedes and bugs. They booked an air B and B for Saturday night. The rental agent immediately sent a cleaning crew to thoroughly go over the basement. They also gave us complementary tickets for everyone for Camelbeach and Aquatopia. Yes, we were in the woods but the house should have been immaculate and checked more regularly. That said, we still had a wonderful time. I brought up all my own food so we could eat leisurely and not worry about the grandkids getting restless. The community is ideally located to have access to the two water parks. When we arrived we went to the beautiful pool and playground on the grounds. In spite of everything I would recommend this community.

This is the second time my family has stayed at this property and it was just as great as the first time. The management company was very helpful. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It was perfect for multiple families and had plenty of room. I would definitely recommend it!!!

My wife and I host our 2 daughters and their families each year for a one week summer vacation. We have traveled together to Yellowstone, Cape Cod, Canada, Gettysburg and other locations. Our grandchildren have listed this vacation as one of their favorites. The waterparks, scenery, restaurants, treetop adventures, etc. kept everyone busy and happy. Everyone was SO friendly and helpfully. We will remember this special trip for years to come.

We had an amazing weekend. This was the perfect house for multiple families. The pictures don't do the house justice. It was clean and had everything we needed. The house was close to all the attractions. Wish we had stayed longer!!!

The property description was accurate regarding the location, layout and amenities. The property was very clean and well-maintained. The only complaint we have is that the grill was very dirty. We planned on grilling burgers, sausages and hot dogs on the grill for dinner, and after looking at the grill, we decided to cook them on the stove instead. The tub drain in the master bedroom was clogged, took forever to drain the water after a shower. The basement bedroom was cold, even with the thermostat turned high. The cd player in the basement was not working properly. it would shut off after 15 minutes of play. The manager provided great customer service before rental date. We didn't need any customer service during our stay. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend.

Large family room in basement, made a good place for the grandchildren to play. Enjoyed the wood fireplace. Close to water park, zip lines and coaster. No snow, but we had plenty to do. House was clean with many extras.

The vacation home location is conveniently located at the camelback beach and the waterpark area. We had so much fun in the house having bbq-ing & shabu-shabu style feast. Thank you Camelback! We will be back again.
