This is a basic beach house a block from the beach. No beach chairs or added beach amenities unfortunately. The location was good. Still need to drive to the bars and restaurants though. We did have an issue getting in since they sent the wrong code. We also had a few palmetto bugs/roaches. I guess it’s the South but they can easily get under the front door that has a slit. They also need to add a mirror to the 1st bedroom. Was tough for 4 girls to get ready with only one mirror other than the bathroom.

We had a wonderful experience at the Salty Seahorse. It was a very (one block) walk to the beach and was perfect for our family. Only issue that we had the entire week was the spotty internet, but hey, its the beach so not a super huge deal except when kids wanted to watch movies in netflix, etc in the evening!

We had a great week at this property. Great location at the north end of the island, where the crowds aren’t as dense as closer to the pier. Had everything we really needed. Glad we brought detergent. Very basic furnishings and decor but clean and comfortable. Note that this duplex is right next to the road so you get some traffic noise. Overall a good value.

Great location. Set up perfect for us and our pup to get to beach multiple times a day. Unfortunately internet access was spotty and didn’t work throughout our whole stay despite calling and attempting to reset. Made it challenging to do work so we needed to leave early.
