we had no outside shower until July 4th. One microwave did not work, they replaced it on Friday. The other microwave was so dirty, that I had to go to the store and buy cleaning products to clean it with.. I had to call and have the pool cleaned, that took two days. They trimmed palm trees for two days, which was annoying. The trimmings blew into the pool. I spent two hours cleaning the pool. The ice maker did not work.

Our local teams are working with that company to learn from feedback and fix any issues. House was great, remodel nicely done. Impeccably clean. Early check in and late checkout. Couldn't ask for anything more.

We loved the house. We had a problem with not getting in at 3pm, it was 4 pm and we had to call to get the code to get in. No one called us. Ants were a problem, had to make three calls before someone came out and treated the ants. On Saturday when we arrived the pool was dirty, full of sand. Had to make two calls to get the pool cleaned. Finally on Wednesday the pool guy arrived and was very nasty. Said he had cleaned the pool on Saturday and he did not.
