It was comfortable and cozy, and a short walk to the ocean.

When we got there it looked like the only thing done was the main bed was made with clean sheets. The floor wasnt swept (sand and crumbs everywhere) or mopped (large sticky spot in front of the fridge). There were crumbs on the kitchen counter and the table. The dishes were very clearly dirty. Still had food particles on them. The toilet hasnt been cleaned in awhile as there was mold growing in the bowl. There was a ring around the base of the toilet that looked like pee and sand. There was no toilet paper anywhere. Only 3 towels even though we registered 4 guests. No sheets for the fold out bed. The ONE blanket they had (soft fleece) smelled so bad like no one had ever bothered to launder it. The microwave doesnt work. It turns on but never heats up. They say they offer wifi but when you sign into it you only get one bar so it was useless. We had to clean it ourselves just to be able to stay there. We did contact them about
