I was very impressed for how helpful and efficient of the two staffs I interacted with. After we checked in and try to settle down, put out the sofa bed for my kids, we were surprised to see feather of dead animal and mouse poop on the mattress. It seemed like the bed had not been used for a while but also hadn't been clean. My kids screamed when they saw it. So we immediately went to the check in office. The lady immediately called to arrange removing the whole sofa, cleaning the whole area, replaced two rolling beds for my kids. Since it was the peak season and all room were booked out, otherwise she would update another room for us. She also set down my kids and me with hot chocolate cookies with ice-cream while we were waiting for the room being cleaned. She was very professional dealing with all that. And when we checked out after two nights stay, the manager who was checking with every guest asked our feedback, after hearing me mention to him what had happened when we arrived, he refunded us all the money we paid. He also gave me all the information on skiing. I love that they make effort to provide the best service for the guests.
