Bill S. Mar 2021
We have stayed at the Borders many times over the the past 25 years. This home(306) was very dated and uncomfortable and the staff was not very accommodating when I ask for coffee in the room and they only had decaf. It was like take it or leave it.
Manager response:
We are so sorry to hear of your experience, Bill! #306 consistently receives good reviews, and we very much appreciate your feedback. It is distressing to hear that the front desk was rude to you. This is highly unusual and is being looked into. Packets of regular and decaf coffee and tea with packets of sugar, creamer, etc. are ALWAYS left in the units for arrival day. There are also additional packets available at the front desk. Since you have been going to The Borders for 25 years, you know what a wonderful property it is. Our understanding is that the unit has new flooring and appliances and every effort has been made to keep it a comfortable retreat for our guests. We have never had a complaint, but we take this seriously and promise that your issues will be addressed as soon as possible.
