There is an overflow parking area available for your use. **Overflow parking is located on Camelback Drive, you will make a left onto Upper Deer Valley, and then a right onto Camelback Drive. The trash compactor is in the same space.** FINES will be issued for more than two cars per unit. No ATVs, RVs, trailers, snowmobiles, mini-bikes, boats, motorcycles, or commercial vehicles of any kind are allowed. Park in designated areas, and do not block steps or park along roads. Security will issue fines with no exceptions.

The house was perfectly clean and well laid out. I loved the fully furnished basement apartment. We didn't get a chance to use the grill on the back deck but we had a fire every night after a day of skiing. The rooms all had individual thermostats, which I thought was great. Everything clean and exactly as described!

Close to everything. This was the second time in 2 months that we stayed in this house. From the minute we walked through the door we felt at home. We hope to return again soon.

We absolutely loved this home. Everything was updated and well maintained. It is very conveniently located to everything yet feels secluded and serene. We felt at home the moment that we arrived and are already planning another week in the near future.
