The cottage is adorable, check in was easy, Location is perfect. There is City Cafe right across the street for a quick and easy breakfast. Everything is within walking distance so that is also a plus. The only negative is the bathroom does not have any privacy. It is completely open, and the doors are French doors so you still see directly in. So if you are not a modest person, it’s perfect! If you are then you will be taking turns standing outside the cottage!

Very clean, everything was prepared in advance of our stay, A/c was cold, Hot Tub was warmed up. They provided a delicious cinnamon roll and stocked the fridge with refreshments. This place is across the street from a great B-fast place too. Very Nice!

This little cottage was exactly what we were looking for. Close enough to the main shops but far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet!! Had a small issue with a backed up sink but the after hours number was listed and someone was there in 10 minutes. We will stay again in the future.

Great weekend getaway. Great customer service and clean rooms.

The Cellar was just the right size for my me and my wife. We loved the complimentary (huge)cinnamon roll and the coffee that was provided. The hot tub felt great after a day of wine tasting. Parking was a bit challenging. Extra wash cloths would have been great.

Our first experience of living cottage

It was so cute and cozy, and very quiet. It was such a relaxing little get-away. Very clean and they also stock the fridge with some drinks which was a great little touch.

The cottage felt cozy and safe. It was a sanctuary in a busy town!

We stayed in the cellar and loved it! The room was spacious, the hot tub was to, clean and ready to go. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was huge. Really cute touches like breakfast pastry with cereal, milk and on for the morning, and chocolate for that late night sweet tooth.. We went on a weekday and it was very nice, quiet and private. A little farther on Main St, but easily walkable, maybe 5 blocks or so. We highly recommend.

The atmosphere, the amenities, everything about it is amazing!

Felt cheated when I clicked accept condition, and suddenly $30 room cleaning was added on.
Manager Response:
We do not charge a separate cleaning fee for our B&B units - it is included in the cost. Guests are always welcome to call and confirm fees, rent, etc. if they have any questions. Thank you!

We cannot wait to visit again! We have found our new “regular” spot!

We chose to stay here to celebrate our 10 year anniversary, and it was fabulous! Quaint, private, and close to all the fun Fredericksburg has to offer!

Great place for a few couples to gather!
Emma P. Aug 2017
We loved the quaint, yet high-quality vibe of these cottages. It cooled down enough at night to use the hot tub which was great. The complimentary pastries were so good! And I swear I've never enjoyed the sound of an A/C unit until now. Sounded like the ocean.

This is a perfect getaway in beautiful Fredericksburg. Located in the heart of town. Pictures don't do it justice.
Lizbeth B. Jul 2017
This Cottage was cozy and very clean. The location is ideal because it is located on Main Street but it is not in the middle of all the noise and traffic. The cottage is just the perfect size for two people and even though they are close to each other there is so much privacy. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to be close to the action that likes to walk and enjoys quiet nights.
Shane M. Jun 2017
Really enjoyed the location and the cottage. Everything that we expected. Would recommend to anyone that wants a relaxing getaway.
Mark M. Jun 2017
The Cellar was a nice place. We enjoyed setting out sides. Room was roomy. Big bathroom.
Just wished there was a place to shave your legs in the shower. A couple more kitchen towers to wash and dry dishes.
Amos H. Mar 2017
We had a great time and enjoyed all of the nice accommodations!
Jennifer J. Feb 2017
We really enjoyed our stay and will be back. An in room safe would
have been helpful and bathroom is not very private if two people need to use at once. otherwise, it is a beautiful. cottage stocked with breakfast items and your own personal jacuzzi.
Derek K. Feb 2017
Great location. Nice, clean, and comfortable.
Brittanie C. Feb 2017
Loved this cozy cottage. Perfect size for a couple. The beds were comfortable, the whole place was very clean, and our private hot tub was warm and ready for us! Will definitely stay here again!
Grady B. Dec 2016
Great location and cool vibe of the cottage. I'd stay here again.
Steven L. Dec 2016
Very nice and quiet place that's close enough to walk to the main strip in downtown, but not right in the middle of downtown.
Steven S. Nov 2016
This was an excellent very new place that was clean and gives a luxurious feel. The private hot tub is over the top and it's excellent for evening/morning dips.
David E. Oct 2016
Great accommodations...really enjoyed the breakfast cake and coffee maker with built in grinder. Hot tub was ready to go when we arrived. No issues at all!
Anita H. Oct 2016
Great cute cottages and nice location. Would definitely go back.
Amy F. Oct 2016
We love this place . I have never had so much hospitality without having to say A word. They made my weekend with there cake & coffee!
Larry N. Sep 2016
My wife and I visited Fredericksburg for a social gathering as well as for our anniversary. We initially had reserved the original house not realizing its proximity to Main Street and the amount of road noise that was being generated.. We asked the local management folks about the possibility of moving to another casa and they were kind enough and gracious enough to accommodate our request and even helped us move into another casa further from the road as the property was not fully occupied. The rooms were clean and well maintained and it was a nice setting as we were there with several other couples who also had cabins; so it was nice that we could be together yet in our own casas.
Jodi M. Aug 2016
I was happy with this property. It is on east end of Main Street. You are still close enough to walk Main, but far enough down to avoid any noise. I would prefer the units in the back. The front ones back up to Main, so you would probably get traffic noise. The kitchenette was perfect and had a good size frig. Best of all, it is dog friendly. There were several dogs there, as well as my own, and I didn't hear any of them. This would also be a great place to stay with family or friends because you could rent several units and be together, but have your own space.
Pamela D. May 2016
Very clean and inviting. Beautiful landscape, comfy bed and cold A/c. The streusel was amazing!
Margie L. Apr 2016
We really enjoyed staying in the wine country cottages. They were tucked away so we had our privacy but right on main so we could easily access downtown Fredricksburg. The cottages and property were very clean and well maintained. We especially loved having our own personal hot tub. We would definitely stay again!
