The place was clean, and the price was decent. The parking isn’t great and we didn’t have a parking pass until day 2, the bed was uncomfortable, the pool was dirty with weird bugs swimming around it, and the hot tub was undergoing repairs. Overall a little disappointing.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Steven. We apologize if your stay with us was not more exceptional. We apologize for any disappointment regarding the shared amenities. Service and upkeep of these facilities is maintained by the HOA. We are happy to provide additional parking passes if we are notified of any missing from the home upon arrival. We have shared your feedback regarding the mattress with the homeowner for their consideration in addressing updates. We hope to host you for a great stay in the future!

Location was convenient; 5 minute drive to Lake Tahoe. For serious hikers, you can walk along Regency Way for about a mile and then reach the entrance to a beautiful, wooded trail that goes for about 3 miles down to the Lake.
This second-floor flat (#91) was roomy for two; had fully equipped kitchen; small patio with nice view of surrounding pine trees. Loved the quiet. This place would comfortably accommodate 2 couples.
Con: parking was not available near building 2 (where flat 91 is located) which was somewhat inconvenient. Flat is on the second floor.
Pro: swimming pool and jacuzzi available to unwind after a long day of hiking! Spacious Club Room with pool table also available.
Overall, we were pleased with the place, and super delighted with the natural beauty of the Lake Tahoe area.

Very quiet and cozy. Some reviews on here are old and state that there is no cable or wi-fi but there is now. I would definitely recommend and return in the future.

Clean and cozy condo, perfect for one or a two. It's an older unit, but everything is clean and well maintained. It has high ceilings, a nice, full height loft bedroom with shutters for extra privacy from the main space (though not soundproof), and small covered balcony with forest views.
Bonus: There's a really big closet downstairs- it helped with big luggage and for getting a few things out of the car while visiting. It also has extra blankets, pillows and linens for the futon couch.

Came up here for New Years Eve, 2017.
Pros: Affordable compared to other places in the area for this time of year. Quiet after about 10pm. Decent amount of amenities. Surrounding area is nice (Northstar King Beach, Tahoe City, North Tahoe casinos).
Cons: Only received 2 towels for 4 guests (would have brought our own but it said they were provided). Kitchen is a bit small (but still manageable). I liked the shutters in the loft, but one is missing the slats.
Misc: I was informed prior to my arrival that the oven would not be working (just the stovetop). I received a $25/day refund. Ended up bringing our own toaster oven (the one provided is pretty small).
Would stay here again, but would bring towels.
We appreciate receiving this feedback. We have asked housekeeping to leave more towels for guest use, and we will get the oven repaired as soon as the warranty repair company is able to schedule a time with us. Thank you!

A bit off the main drag but still reasonably close to the lake and it's awesome views. Be sure to visit Sand Harbor State Park/Beach (East Lake Shore Drive, Nevada side). A great spot to get some sun, swim, take photos or walk lake shore trails - but get there early - the parking lot fills p fast!
We are happy that you enjoyed your stay! We hope you will come back again soon!

Overall nice simple place. No TV channels are provided! It's an apartment so no front door. Walking through hallways and upstairs dragging your luggage and skis was a workout for sure. Some items like the TV, blankets, sheets, pillows could be updated. The fireplace needs to be fixed. The carpet is old and should be removed at least by the front door as it makes it hard to open. In the end it's ok. I'd rate it 3.5 stars.
We want to thank you for your feedback! With the information you provided, we were able to get our local operation’s manager to address some of your concerns. The fireplace was inspected after your departure, and is currently in great working order. The carpet by the front door has been trimmed down, making it easier to open and close. We hope to have you again soon!

This place was aged and all of the appliances screamed it. Cube TV, ancient stove, coffee maker with the spring coming out of the drip, soup from 2011, and popcorn from 2013, and no wifi. We spent all of our days driving 30 min to Squaw Valley, staying there all day, and then returning home to sleep ONLY. There isn't much to do in the area, a 12 mi RT taxi cost us $80RT due to the fact that uber/lyft is nonexistent. Clubhouse closes at 11, but there is pool/wifi/ping pong there, and the group that we saw enter the hot tub, left just as promptly due to the fact that it "felt more like warm bath water". The fireplace's fan did not work.
I would suggest this place for a cheap place to sleep only! There are no board games, so bring your own!
We are sorry to see that this guest was disappointed with their accommodations. We can advise the clubhouse of the comments regarding the hot tub, and we will get the coffee maker replaced. Thanks!

This place is great! It's easy to get to, with easy access to the lake and all that surrounds it. The condo has a cozy loft and a large enough living area to accommodate someone(s) staying on the futon. The fireplace was't working, but the wall heater heated the space well regardless.
The Property Manager inspected the fireplace and found it to be functioning correctly; guests are welcome to call for assistance if they need help figuring out an amenity.

We drove from Las Vegas and stayed 3 nights at the condo. It was just perfect! I would stay here again for sure.. Everything was there for anything we wanted to do. We ate at the condo a lot. A 10 +.

We really enjoyed staying in this unit! It was comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for a family of four! It was very quiet and the grounds were beautiful! We also really enjoyed the pool and the clubhouse! The location was also nice for easy access to the lake! We would stay here again!
