Deluxe cabin w/ hot tub, game room, 3 fireplaces, 2 decks, mountains of charm!

This 4,000 square-foot mountain lodge features two spacious decks with views of the one of the tallest peaks in the Smokies! Sitting on over two acres of land, and boasting multiple fireplaces, a game room, two kitchens, a hot tub, and lots of entertainment options, it's a vacation in and of itself!

While this cabin is truly "Heaven on a Hill," you'll likely want to explore the area! You'll want to visit Dollywood, Ms. Parton's own theme park where you and your family can enjoy rides, shows, and home-style BBQ! Explore the Forbidden Caverns or take hikes throughout the wooded hills of this famous stretch of the Appalachian mountain range. In summer, see a minor league baseball team, the Smokies, play in a charming, low-key setting.

This deluxe Smoky Mountain lodge sleeps a whopping 14 guests and offers parking for up to 10 cars, so multiple families will be able to convene here easily. Its woodsy decor creates oodles of charm - you'll be snapping pictures at every corner!

The decks and porch are furnished with a picnic table and plenty of seating. Follow the stone terraced path to a huge firepit with a supply of marshmallows and hot dogs from the store. You'll also find the hot tub here. Meanwhile, a charcoal grill will inspire a family cookout.

Head indoors and get acquainted with the game room, which features a pool table, a poker table (with chips), a 52-inch mounted HD plasma TV with a DVD, a game and movie library, and even a kitchenette to keep you hydrated and fortified during long stretches of play. Stay warm with the fireplace.

The main kitchen is a real beauty with two breakfast bars, stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher), and all the tools you need to fix a meal out on the grill or within a warm, cozy cabin during winter. Dine around the grand table with an antler chandelier hovering above as you tell the kids stories from your own childhood.

Next to the kitchen is the family living room anchored by a fireplace and gorgeous views of Mount LeConte from the 20-foot high windows. Watch your family's favorite teams duke it out on the flatscreen TV while aromas of dinner fill the room. For your convenience, this level also has a half bathroom.

If you chose to have some quiet time post-meal, head up to the loft while the kids play in the game room. Up there, you can read or watch your shows.

Fourteen guests will have plenty of sleeping options, and there'll likely be no fighting over who gets the best bed. Altogether is one king bed, three doubles, three sets of twin bunk beds, and one twin-size rollaway bed.

From Dollywood to the quiet trails of the Smokies, this area is filled with wonder. In winter, come and ski, tube, or snowboard the slopes in Gatlinburg. Take a ride on the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad's Christmas Polar Express and, if you're with friends, warm up with a whiskey sampler in the country's heart of the sweet spirit. There's something for the whole family!

There's no place like Heaven on a Hill, so be sure to book this grand cabin for your next big family reunion!

The house was amazing. Loved the location and the fact that it wasn't a tiny, steep road there. It was clean, very well stocked with anything you may need. We plan to stay again next year with a big group.

Plenty of room and very comfortable. Good distance to town as well.

Cabin very nice and spacious. Had issues with low water pressure all four days. Two different service men came out but still didn't fix issue.
Manager Response:
We apologize for the lack of water pressure. We were able to locate the bad switch and get it replaced. Thank you!

Everything you need for a great stay!

This cabin was great! We had three families, one on each level, and we all had total privacy. The outdoor areas are beautiful with all of the statues and mountain scenery. While the cabin may have been our all-time best, I do have to mention the service. When we arrived it was 85 degrees in the cabin. I was much less than confident that it would be handled quickly on such a hot day. My worries were for nothing because the AC was repaired within one hour. We even received two follow-up call during the process. We were impressed. Kudos to VACASA!!

I do a cabin trip once a yr and this one had lots of space. Unfortunately I felt one of the rooms had way too much beds in one room that could have been split in an added room.

We have been in group and enjoyed the place. Beautiful scenic view, clean and close to the attractions. Sure will come back again

This is by far my favorite area in Pigeon Forge. The view was great. We had a few issues with the cabin. Carpenter Bees on the outside ( 20 - 30 Daily ) Spiders on the inside (mainly downstairs) were a nuisance. We had a rainstorm the final night and water poured into the master bedroom on the main level in the middle of the night. The cabin needs maintenance and updating, TV's are very old and remotes don't work.
Manager Response:
We have advised pest control of the pests this guest mentioned; with springtime the bugs do get worse, and we are hopeful pest control can address this. We have been unable to find a leak or any water stains, but we will keep an eye on it. Thank you!

Have stayed in this cabin for a number of years during Rod Run. Love the layout and location. Cabin is starting to show wear and tear. Needs some TLC but overall a wonderful place to stay.

Loved the view and the room the cabin has. There is something for everyone. I feel the cabin could use some updates as post on porch outside, hot tub needs some repairs. Also feel it could use some new couches in main living room and a TV as well
Manager Response:
We are sorry to see this guest felt things were not in good repair as we inspected the items mentioned and found everything in good shape. The owner has elected to not have a TV in the main room so it can be a gathering place without the interruption of TV. Thank you!

Our family met for Easter break, one daughter and her family from NC, one from Ohio and one from WV. We had a wonderful time. Cabin was great, clean and well supplied with things we needed. Just a few minutes drive into town! Thank you so much for helping make our memories!!

This is a very very nice place. Shiny pine everywhere you look and lots of expensive statues and knick knacks! And No trouble finding a spot to sleep that’s for sure! The only thing I didn’t care for was that there was no tv in the living room where the comfy couches are. I totally get it though, it’s laid out as a great conversation area... and it is, however we gave the teenagers the downstairs as their own personal hangout, so we ended up having the loft for TV watching which was pretty uncomfortable for us. We live 45 minutes away, and can always find new places to stay up there so it was fine. The trip was about the boys’ Spring Break anyway, not us. This place is especially great for large gatherings. If you’re coming in from out of state for a true Smoky Mountain cabin experience, you will need to book something different. There’s a pretty view, but this home sits in a hilly neighborhood of other beautiful cabins. We sat on the deck and watched maintenance trucks and cleaning crews come and go both mornings preparing for afternoon guests... We would book again for Thanksgiving or a family reunion, but no other reason. Nice kitchen, bedrooms, & fire pit!!!

If you want a place stay in the Smokey Mountain area, Heaven on the Hill is it. All 14 of us spent 6 days there and there was plenty of room. The 8 grand children pretty much took over the lower area. There was plenty of stuff there to keep them busy but they also had their electronics. The whole place is just beautiful. My favorite place was the upper deck, you could see the mountains and listen to the birds. I spent most of my mornings there with coffee and my book. Just a real peaceful place to spend some quality time with family. But I must say that getting there is a adventure in it self. If you haven't driven in the mountains, you are in for a real thrill. It's not that bad really. Most places are real easy to get to from Heaven on the Hill. It is a great place to just spend time there or make it your home base! We have been visiting the Gatlinburg area since 1988 and this is my far the best place and area we have ever stayed at. Enjoy and God Bless You all.

This "cabin" was terrific for a diverse age group..Age 2 to 65. The main floor had fantastic views, was furnished to be able to appreciate the views and had no television in the living area. Everyone could find a spot to "do their thing" individually or with others in the party. Sleeping accomodations easily suited fifteen of us. Others (4 cabins) were jealous of our cabin.

This home is perfect for family - spacious, and the different levels all have large gathering areas with plenty of seating and entertainment. Our family of 10 had a great time here. And the many sculptures outside are amazing! Beautiful place.
