The Shuttle Bus reads: MTN Green(MG)/Pinnacle and Runs about every 20 Minutes. Hours of Operation for Shuttle Bus: On Holidays, service runs from 7:30 am to 5:50 pm; on Non-Holidays, service runs from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Mountain Green Amenities will be open Monday thru Thursday, 10 AM to 6 PM, and Friday thru Sunday, 11 AM to 8 PM. During holiday weeks, the pool is open from 11 AM to 8 PM on all days. The amenities are managed and controlled by the Mountain Green property management team.
***IMPORTANT BUILDING WIDE INFORMATION: Building 1, Building 2 & Building 3 will be having Roof/Siding & Balcony Constructions all Summer in 2025.
This Building is having roof construction: from May 1st, 2025 to November 2025. Please note that scaffolding and construction work will start going up around Building 2 on May 1st, 2025. Please be careful around the scaffolding and stay as far away as reasonably possible.
The Balcony will not be useable during the construction(May 1st, 2025-November 30th, 2025). A sheet of plywood will be placed across the slider so you still have some light and can open your slider for airflow.
Work hours are typically 7 am-5 pm Monday through Friday. If the need should arise, you can expect that work may continue until dusk and/or on weekends.
There will be times that the construction company needs to have access to the condo, you will be contacted."
