This Property is Dog  Friendly!
You must notify Vacasa in advance if you will be bringing a dog and include the Pet Fee in your reservation. Please also include breed and weight.
Dogs are allowed up to 75 pounds or 2 dogs for a total weight of 75 pounds. Maximum of 2 dogs per unit.
Puppies under 9 months are not allowed.
Dog breeds that are not allowed: Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiffs, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bulls (any mix), Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf-dog Hybrid, or any mixture of the above-stated breeds.
Dogs shall be restrained at all times outside individual units; dogs are required to be on leashes.
Dogs are not allowed in the pool area.
Dogs are to be walked OFF Ocean Trillium property to defecate.
City property is along A1A/Atlantic Ave and south of Ocean Trillium property line. According to Volusia County law, pets are not allowed on the beach.
Dogs that bark consistently will be evicted along with their owners and guests from the unit.
