Romar Tower is located on Perdido Beach Blvd, right across the street from Wintzell's and convenient to other restaurants, bars, and golf courses.

The master bedroom suite has a King-sized bed and its own balcony access & television. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds with one having a trundle underneath! The third bedroom has a Queen-size bed. The condo will comfortably sleep up to seven.

The kitchen is fully stocked and there is plenty of seating in the dining and living area! The views are breathtaking! If you get bored of the white, sandy beaches you can always take a dip in the on-site outdoor pool, or surf the free WiFi.

****** This unit has work been done to it on the balcony, there is a pole outside on the balcony. the HOA is saying its safe and okay to be on the balcony it's just a pole .we are putting these notes in for guest to beware on whats going on , everything else in the unit is fine. There is construction work been done on the outside of the whole building from Hurricane Sally. no refunds will be given out or anything like that . Loved the view. Beach was never crowded. Lots of people but plenty places to set up. I searched and searched for a place to stay on booking.com but couldn't find something I liked until I come across Vacasa.

Worst vacation ever. I am contacting the Chamber of Commerce along with the local news station because this stay was so bad. First we were called 6 hours into our trip from Texas to Orange Beach by Vacasa and told our condo was not safe and was no longer available. This is after a morning email stating our room was ready at 8am. For the remainder of the 4 hour trip, myself and a Vacasa team member Lindsey (who was very nice and apologetic) looked for a place to put us. This was extremely stressful as you can imagine. A few places came up such as the Hilton in Pensacola and the Hampton, however they were 3 separate hotel rooms with no kitchen. We had brought food to cook and wanted this to be a family vacation in a condo together. I had also specifically booked the Vacasa condo bc it had 3 rooms, one with twin beds that was necessary for a medical issue of one of our children. I also booked based on location which was water view and beachfront. We temporarily declined the 2 hotels as we searched for a place that would accommodate our needs. At 5pm when we arrived at orange beach there was still nothing available. At around 5:15 I finally found a place that was NOT what we wanted but we had to do something and it had a kitchen so I booked it. 3 minutes later Vacasa called and said they changed their mind and we could try the condo. Because it was exactly what we needed we went to the 2nd place and told them the story. They could not refund us for that night because they could not rebook it but they refunded the remaining nights. So we paid $400 for that night and didn’t stay there. We arrived at the original condo to find a disaster. The room my daughters stayed in faced an outside hallway that was open to everyone and the window was broken and duck taped back together. When we went inside it got worse. There were large machines and fans in every room trying to dry out the moisture as the place had obvious water damage. The machines were so loud we could not speak without yelling. Then we went to the balcony and the roof and railing was being held up by a pole. This place was unsafe and awful. I was given a “text only” number from the manager at Vacasa in case we had issues. I sent multiple texts to her about the issues. She never responded. Next morning at 6 am everyone in the condo was awakened by super loud construction. It sounded like a freight train was crashing through the condo. I called the Vacasa manager I had spoke to the night before with my concerns. She said since we spent the night there, we had to stay or leave without help finding a place. I told her I DID inform her text only number the night before and she never responded. She then said that she doesn’t begin working until 5am so she wouldn’t have seen my complaints the night before. I did what I was suppose to do, she didn’t and blamed me for spending the night. I then began to tell her that we couldn’t stay there and needed her staff to continue searching for a place. The 2nd rental we had booked was now gone. I told her the Hilton and Hampton were still available and we wanted to move there because we felt UNSAFE and because the noise from machines inside and construction outside was impossible and too much. She said she was sorry but that no longer was an option because we spent a night there already. I asked her where were we suppose to go at 9pm? She said that wasn’t her problem. I then proceeded to tell her that they needed to cover the difference and move us to a safe place even though I would be losing the accommodations I needed (kitchen, ocean view, beach front, twin beds or multiple beds in one room). She continues to say she will boy do anything else and we can just leave. At one point in the beginning of the conversation she said she didn’t even know who we are or what we were talking about because there were no notes in the system about us. I said…”your team cancelled our rental, searched with me for 4 hours and you have no trace of it. Then we spoke directly to you and you gave us your text number, and now you say you don’t know what this is about??? As we continued to talk she offered me one other house that was on an island. No beach view. And there was a fence that went ALL the way up to the ocean with a little sand pile on the inside of the fence. It was not near anything or anybody. We didnt want that so she said sorry you can stay where you are unsafe or leave and find a new place on your own with no help and no compensation for diff prices. They ended up giving us $200 for “compensation” for the hell we went through. The communication with the host, I believe her name is Diane, was terrible. She was rude and lied to us many times. I would NEVER stay with this company again or recommend it to a friend, or even enemy. It is UNBELIEVABLE how they treated us and what we had to endure in an unsafe, unclean, horrible condo.

We loved the 3 bedroom condo on the beach! Great view of the ocean and beach! We liked the girls room with the twins beds. The building is old and the condo could use a little tlc and updates. The front door knob was basically falling off but we had a screw driver and fixed it. Over all it was not bad but needs some love!

Beautiful view and great location. The furniture and the mattress needs to be replaced. Construction in the floor bellow was loud and constant for most of our stay there.
