This Gulf-facing home sits on the edge of a scenic lagoon and fountain in Pointe West, a highly desirable community on the west end of Galveston. You'll be treated to nearby amenities that include a beach club, multiple swimming pools, hot tubs, a gym, and a game room with foosball and Ping-Pong. The community's private beach is just a short stroll away, as are wonderful trails and paths for birding (golf carts are available to rent).

THINGS TO KNOW

• Beach Club bands will be $25 per guest over three years old to access all amenities. This fee is charged by the POA of Pointe West and is payable at the Beach Club.
• Due to local rules and regulations, there are certain restrictions around the pool occupancy and times of use. No reservations are required, but occupancy is limited to a first come, first serve basis up to 50% occupancy. Specific information will be provided after you book.
• The on-site restaurant/cafe is no longer available.

• 2 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
