Ideally and peacefully situated near the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this open, spacious home is immersed in alpine beauty in every season. Soak in your surroundings on the home's four decks - including three with panoramic lake views (on each floor) and a fourth that overlooks Diamond Peak Ski Resort. Spend summer days grilling and dining outside, and pass winter evenings by gathering around one of the two gas fireplaces, choosing a favorite Netflix show on the flatscreen TV, and watching the snow gently fall outside.

This home is located on a tranquil street that it shares with few other houses, yet it's still close to all of Incline Village's attractions. In the winter, you'll find excellent skiing and snowboarding at Diamond Peak Ski Resort just over a mile east. When the weather starts getting warmer, you can pack your golf clubs and spend your days at Incline Village Championship Golf Course, which is only three miles from your front door. Summertime can be spent soaking up the sun at Incline Beach (three miles southwest) as you swim, boat, and take part in other lakeside activities.

Our family of 6 stayed here and it was very roomy and wet especially appreciated the large kitchen and having a TV in every room. The only negative was that the landlord didn't provide a punch pass so we could use the private beaches in Incline Villages like most rental homes do.

Beautiful & spacious home with stunning views! The only complaint I have is that the hot water lasted for a couple of minutes before it gets freezing cold.. our group had to shower very quickly. Despite that, the home & location was beautiful.

We enjoyed our stay at the "Diamond Peak Nest." There was plenty of living- and play-space for our party of seven. Everything is neat and well cared-for. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped with nice, new appliances. The neighbors are friendly; the neighborhood is quiet and close to the village and east shore. There are great lake views from the three decks - especially at sunset. Our dog had some trouble with the stairs so if your pup is a bit older, you'll want to put up some barricades.

This home truly is great and we hate to leave a bad review. However, we paid premium prices for 4th of July weekend and the cleanliness of the home is the reason for 2 stars. We understand many cabins in tahoe right now have moth issues. However, two moths were killed on the kitchen back splash and never cleaned. After reading and reaching out to Vacasa to ensure the moth issue would be resolved or cleaned from the 6/20 public review, our expectations were it would. Vacasa customer care never responded to our proactive outreach.

Moths leave a yellow goo when killed and their remains were still stuck on the back splash left of the stove. For a cleaning crew to not notice makes it hard to believe they cleaned anything at all.

At the prices paid and the fees we incurred by Vacasa to rent this home - we advise one to be warry to rent until the home is deep cleaned and the moths are gone entirely. You'll be able to tell if the cleaning crew took appropriate measures by looking at the light fixture above the dining room table. The light fixture is filled with moths.

There are many positives about this house - stunning views of the lake, nice kitchen, strong water pressure in the showers, comfy furnishings. Unfortunately, the house is completely infested with moths. Apparently this is a broader problem in the Nevada area, but at night, there are probably 50-100 moths flying around the house. You cannot keep the lights on or they will congregate in mass. I wish I could say that I would stay here again (and I would if it weren’t for the pests). For how much this house costs, I expected more and better service from Vacasa when I told them about the problem. All I got was a polite “this is a problem in the area and there’s not much we can do.” Do yourself a favor and avoid this house at all costs.

We arrived to literally 1000-2000 dead and living moths that had hatched in the house. They were everywhere, even inside the refrigerator. Four of us cleaned for over 90 minutes upon our arrival. I was put on hold for two hours to talk to someone. The management refunded our cleaning fee, nothing else was done to make us happy with the horrible situation. We spent our entire time dealing with the moths. Every night, 50-60 new moths come out. It became our game to get as many out as possible so they would not fly onto you during sleep (which happened several times.) The house had obviously not been cleaned prior to our arrival as promised. The surfaces were all dusty, there were bags of garbage in the garage and a bunch of towels to fold in the dryer. The house itself was very nice, however totally ruined by the moths and the lack of customer service we received.

Tucked away behind Diamond Peak, great views of the lake and very convenient for the resort.
House is modern and well appointed and was spotless.
Master bedroom suite is amazing and very comfy bed.
3 stories and open wooden staircase so if you have little ones or struggle with stairs just be aware.

If it's snowing or icy, the road up to the house is fairly steep so would expect chains and/or 4WD needed.

Overall, loved the house - would definitely book again.
