Things to Know

• The Ocean One complex is currently under an extensive remodeling project. The end date for this project will not occur until the spring of 2024. Currently balconies and patios on all units can not be used until further notice. All balcony furniture must be stored inside the villa. The elevator is down until June 2, 2024 and there is construction on the outside of the building inclduing scaffolding in area around the complex.
